网络协同设计基于STEP-OODB动态数据交换研究

【摘要】 数据交换在网络协同设计中占有特别重要的地位,是实现数据集成、数据交换共享、实时交换性和一致性的关键。目前,网上的异地设计系统主要是异步系统,之所以不能实现同步,主要是因为采用的数据交换方式是文件交换,设计中传输了大量的冗余数据,不适合协同设计系统通过Internet进行数据交换,因为图形文件一般很大,再加上现在网络带宽较小的限制,在协同设计中来回传输图形文件将花费大量的网络传输时间,设计者之间实时交互设计数据将变得很困难,最终导致不能满足系统实时性要求。分析了网络协同设计动态数据交换中所涉及的数据转换、数据传输、数据操作,提出基于STEP-OODB的动态数据交换模式,OODB数据库为系统核心数据库,STEP为产品数据交换标准,各CAD系统用户可同时访问OODB数据库,实现信息共享和交互。在实现跨平台异类CAD系统之间动态数据交互和数据的实时一致性方面作了初步的探索。本文所涉及的内容得到了国家自然科学基金项目《共享模型驱动的异地实时协同设计方法和技术研究》(项目编号50175113)的资助,主要进行了以下几方面的工作:总结了协同设计的发展及其研究现状,探索了网络环境的实时协同设计所涉及的关键技术,提出了网络环境下实时协同设计动态数据交换系统结构,并着重阐述了数据交换过程中的数据交换格式、实时性、一致性、互操作、数据管理、版本管理、并发控制等问题及其解决方案。分析产品数据交换标准以及工程数据库管理系统领域的OODB的基础上,提出了基于STEP-OODB模式的网络协同设计动态数据交换组织模型、数据交换机制以及数据交换过程。对客户端动态产品数据交换接口、STEP-XML解析、OODB管理及并发控制等三个关键部分的软件实现作了具体的描述,完成了相关部分的源代码编写。在Pro/E 2000i为客户端,Oracle数据库及JSP服务器为支撑的Web环境下,对基于STEP-OODB的动态产品数据交换系统进行了初步的测试和验证。

【Abstract】 Data exchange is especially important in network-support collaborative design, and is the key to data integration, data exchange & share, data real time exchange, and data coherence. At present, most of the separate design systems are asynchronous systems that cannot freely synchronize while their data exchange model is file type and there is much of redundant data in the data transmission. These flaws cannot adapt to collaborative design system exchange data through internet because of that graphics file is often too large and present web bandwidth is a little narrow which cause to the graphics file data in-out at a workstation spending much of time and data exchange between designers being very difficult. So this cannot meet the demands of real time system.This paper had analyzed the data exchange, data transmission and data process of DDE in network-support collaborative design, and brought forward DDE model based in STEP-OODB. OODB is the key database, STEP is used as the data exchange criterion, and each CAD user can access the OODB at the same time so realize the data exchange and share in separate systems. Also, this paper had made a elementary research in the field of realizing real time DDE and data coherence between asynchronous CAD systems and multiply operating systems.This project had been assisted by the NSFC (No. 50175113), and mainly include the following topics:Summarized the present research status in the field of network-support collaborative design, probed into the key technology of real time collaborative design based on Internet. Introduced the construct of DDE of real time network-support collaborative design, and especially expounded on the data exchange form, real time, coherence, interoperate, management (data and vision), and concurrency control during the course of data exchange.Through the analysis of data exchange criterion, presented DDE organization model, method of data exchange and process of data exchange in network-support collaborative design based on the model of STEP-OODB and engineering database OODB. Expounded the details of three basic parts: client access of DDE, STEP-XML resolution, OODB management and concurrence control. Had finished the related part <WP=6>codes.In the Web condition of Pro/E 2000i being client based on Oracle database and JSP server, tested and validated the DDE system of STEP-OODB.
