【摘要】 随着我国市场经济体制的逐步建立和完善，特别是中国加入WTO以来，企业间的竞争日趋激烈，对企业实施信息化管理成为各类企业的普遍需要。MRP Ⅱ／ERP系统在我国的传统应用主要集中在大型企业，但是，在我国数量更多的中小型企业同样需要这类先进的管理体系。针对企业的不同规模以及不同的运营和管理模式，也需要不同形态的企业管理系统。而计划控制方案的设计和实施是MRP、MRP Ⅱ和ERP的核心和难点所在。本文就是针对一类中小配套型企业计划控制方案的设计而展开研究的。 本论文综述了当前主要的资源管理及计划控制方法，及各种方法之间的渗透及融合。介绍了当前国内制造业企业解决方案研究的现状；分析了单独采用MRP和JIT进行计划控制所存在的弊端，由此提出了将MRP和JIT进行结合的计划控制策略。其策略思想为：将MRP看成一种计划策略，主要侧重于中长期；而生产过程控制则主要采用JIT方式，作为一种执行策略，侧重于近期和当前。在编制计划时用利用MRP从整体的角度、从上到下、由粗到细逐级平衡计划，展开细化；在实施计划和组织生产时，运用JIT把车间按加工单元布置，在加工单元内部采用有效的方法将零部件排序，然后以看板的形式控制生产。 在介绍了MRP Ⅱ的计划层次模型，具体算法和相关概念的基础上，详细阐述了为重庆超力电器股份有限公司(中小配套型企业)开发的计划与控制系统。针对该公司销售订单是客户给出的一个月预计需求总量，然后按客户通知及时送货的特点，该系统采用简化的MRP方法，计算主生产计划和物料需求计划的月总需求量，并按平均原则初步安排全月的生产作业计划；然后采用JIT原理，用产品的周交付计划拉动(调整)生产作业安排，再以调整后的生产作业安排拉动供应商送货。这种方法充分发挥了人和计算机的长处，简单易行，较好地解决了超力公司的计划控制问题。 超力公司的销售订单特点代表了一类中小配套型企业，论文在对超力公司当前的计划控制系统总结的基础上，进一步提出了对这类企业进行计划控制的一些改进措施，包括采购物料控制的经济批量设置，需求预测的不同方法，在计划执行过程中采用Push／Pull混合策略等，并对这些改进措施进行了较为详细的算法描述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with the gradual establishment and perfection of the market economic system, especially China’s entering WTO, the competition among enterprises is so fierce that the enterprise informatization has become the popular demand by diverse enterprises. The conventional application of MRP II /ERP in China mainly concentrates on large scale of enterprises. As advanced management systems, they are also much needed by a lot of medium & small scale enterprises. The operation styles and managing patterns of enterprises will vary with their scales, and different manners of enterprise management systems will also be required to fit with these variations. What’s more, the design and implement of planning control scheme are the kernel and key problems of MRP , MRP II and ERP. Based on one kind of medium & small scale of equipment enterprises, all of the studies of the paper about the design of planning control system are developed.The backgrounds of this paper are firstly introduced. Nowadays main resources management systems and their planning control technique, the pervasions and integration of planning control technique, current domestic studies about the schemes of enterprises management as well as some problems confronted with the domestic studies of MRP II are pointed out. The characteristics of the management about one kind of medium & small enterprises are listed. Accordingly, the main purpose and significance are summed up. Then different schemes of planning control methods are introduced and compared, the shortcomings about using MRP or JIT exclusively are analyzed, so one strategy about the combination of MRP and JIT is raised.The levels of planning model of standard MRP II are listed , the algorithms and related conceptions are described. Then, based on the opened MRP model, the concrete structure and the way of realization of ChaoLi planning control model are presented. At last, the limitation of standard MRP II to this kind of enterprise is analyzed.Finally, by analyzing the characteristics of one kind of medium & small scale equipment enterprises and summarizing the current planning control model of ChaoLi, some solutions are presented, which including how to decide the EOQ of purchasing and hybrid Push/Pull strategic model and so on, furthermore, the algorithms in detail about these solutions are described.更多还原
