供应链管理环境下库存控制策略研究

【摘要】 库存控制作为企业生产活动中的重要环节,尤其是近年来物流与供应链管理的发展,研究供应链管理环境下企业库存控制策略,对于节约供应链成本,提高供应链整体效率有重要的意义。论文结合供应链的特点和我国企业目前对于供应链管理的实际运营现状,研究了供应链管理环境下单级、二级和多级供应链库存控制模型,并给出相应的库存控制策略。对单级供应链管理,在G.Pdamanabhan(1995)模型的基础上,放宽了销售价格为常量这一假设,考虑外部市场环境,假定销售价格线形依赖于外界需求,讨论了一类变质物品在存货影响销售率情形下的不缺货订货模型,并给出了模型全局唯一最优解存在的充分条件。对二级供应链管理,讨论了供应商管理库存(VMI)系统和联合库存管理系统。在VMI系统中,基于Cetinkaya, Chung-Yee Lee.(2000)的供应商管理的订货和派送库存模型,重新修订储存成本,并删除了对库存没有实质影响的部分参数,提出了既考虑顾客需要,又考虑供应商运输成本规模经济的固定周期检查派送和存货补足库存模型,对该模型的全局最优解进行了讨论,给出算例分析,并同经济订货模型进行比较;对联合库存管理(JMI)的基本思想和实施流程进行了阐述,并通过建立简单的供应商——零售商供应链模型,探讨了该系统如何通过信息共享来有效降低供应链库存水平,弱化“需求扭曲”现象。对多级供应链管理,分析了供应链的库存成本结构,提出了运用级库存和链内库存成本的思想优化多级库存管理的理念;同时对供应链库存管理技术发展的新趋势——协同规划、预测与补给(CPFR)的管理思想、运作流程、实施措施和适用范围进行了阐述;最后给出了几点关于如何有效提高供应链库存管理的措施建议。
【Abstract】 With the development of supply chain and logistic, inventory control is important to reduce the supply chain cost and improvement the supply chain efficiency as the key tache under supply chain management.We researched the one -state, two-state, and multil-echelon inventory model under supply chain, and given the corresponding inventory control strategy taking into account supply chain practice in our enterprises. G.Padmanabhan, Prem Vart develop EOQ models for perisable items under stock dependent selling rate. In their models, they consider without backlogging, completely backlogging and partly backlogging. Kun-Jen Chung , Peter Chu, Shaw-Ping Lan gave the proof to the models of without backlogging and completely backlogging. The author relax this assumption and assume selling price changeable linearly with exterior demand rate ,and develop an EOQ model without backlogging for deteriorating items under stock dependent selling rate. The proof of the sufficient condition is done for the global optimal value . In addition, an example is given to explain the theory.Cetinkaya, Chung-Yee Lee.(2000) developed the Stock Replenishment and Shipment Scheduling for Vendor-Managed Inventory System in Management Science. However, there is some error about the carrying cost besides the complex parameter of their model. The author redefined the carrying cost and developed a new periodic review. In our model, The author took both the customer demand and the shipment scale economic into consideration. and decided whether giving a new order to replenish the stock before a shipment. We also optimized our model and given the global optimal value . Finally, an example was given contrasted with EOQ model.. We also introduced the basic content and procedure of Joint Inventory Managed , and analyzed the information how to work in this system and how to reduce the bullwhip effect.We analyzed the inventory cost components under multilevel supply chain ,and developed the and interior supply chain cost to optimize the supply chain cost. Furthermore , we introduced the basic thought, operation procedure of Collaborative Planning, Forecasting & Replenishment model .At last ,we given some advice how to reduce the cost in supply chains management.
