【摘要】 本文通过对我们国家交通建设的历史、现状和未来发展趋势的分析，论证了交通收费设施产业的发展前景。指出了在现有的宏观经济形式和交通发展产业政策下发展收费设施中的收费亭生产与制造前景光明。通过对整个交通建设市场中的收费亭细分市场的深入分析，本文论证得出：收费亭行业的生产和销售的集中度不高、收费亭行业仍然处于成长阶段，收费亭的市场的空间大，产业的成长性高。这些都是对成立一家专业生产收费亭企业非常有利的外部条件。本文对拟成立的成都云风科技有限责任公司的情况做出了详细的描述。通过阅读本文，我们可以了解整个成都云风科技有限责任公司的股东结构、组织结构、目标市场、营销手段、营销渠道、产品结构、生产设计、财务管理和日常管理。将要成立的成都云风科技有限公司是一家人员少，投资少，主要致力于收费亭的于研制和销售的企业。成都云风科技有限公司经营管理的最大的特点是：不做制造。公司日常的经营管理重点放在产品的推广销售和对新产品的研制开发上。这种公司经营管理思路能够有效的降低创业初期的投入，减少日常的人事费用、管理费用，降低产品的生产成本，增加公司的产品在市场上的竞争能力，增大了公司发展成为中国交通产业里面收费亭市场上的领导企业的可能性。本文同时对拟成立的成都云风科技的外部环境和内部环境的风险做出了分析，指出了国家交通收费政策、国家交通建设速度以及公司内部存在的劳动安全、财务、外协生产的质量等方面可能对公司的生存和发展带来的种种风险，并且根据这些风险提出了相应的应对措施。通过本文的分析论证，我认为成都云风科技有限公司能够创立成功并且在公路收费亭生产领域取得相应的成绩。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through the analysis of the development history, the current situation and the future development trend of national transportation, this paper concluded that there will be a bright prospect for the toll facility industry in national transportation construction and it is the same with the toll booth manufacturing in this macro economic environment.Through thorough analysis for the toll booth sub-market in the whole national transportation construction market, this paper concludes that the concentration for the manufacturing and selling market of toll booth is not very high and this industry is now in the growing-up stage and the market potential is big. It is demonstrated that the possibility of successful setting up of a company, Chengdu Windfall Technology co,.ltd specializing in toll booth manufacturing and selling is very big. From this paper, we can understand the structure of shareholder, the makeup of produce, the structure of company, the way of marketing, the finance management and the daily management of this future startup. The main characteristic of this company is the concentration of the running company in the research and selling of toll booth for the daily management of this company and let other relative company be engaged in manufacturing. This move will greatly increase the competity of company in the market because it lowers the cost for staff, management and the investment for large machine tool. Obviously, the chance <WP=6>to be a leading company for Windfall in this trade of line will be good.At the same time, through the analyzing of the outside and inside environment risk of this company, we can understand that the national transportation toll policy, the construction speed of transportation and the potential problem such as labor safety, finance etc will possibly cause some problems for the survival and development of the company.
