基于DSP与CPLD的配网监测仪的研制

【摘要】 随着电子技术的高速发展,数字信号处理器(DSP芯片)和大规模可编程逻辑器件的广泛应用,其高速及对数据的强大处理能力日益为人们所认识。将DSP和CPLD运用于电网参数的实时监测和分析已成为一种发展趋势。本论文所研制的配网监测仪就是采用DSP(TMS320VC5416)和CPLD(XC95288XL)为核心,集电网数据采样,分析、计算,通讯于一体的高度集成的新一代电网参数监测仪。本论文的研究内容包括以下三方面:1、组建一个基于DSP、CPLD的配网监测仪系统。并在此基础上详细研究了常规电力参数(电压、电流,频率,相位,有功功率,无功功率,失真度等)和谐波的测量原理、实现方法以及参数测量的误差分析。2、论文讨论了以太网的原理,并研究了在DSP、CPLD系统上实现以太网通讯的方法。简要介绍了无线GSM(GPRS)、串口、HPI通讯的原理及实现方法。3、最后简要的介绍了DSP的加载原理及并口16bit加载的实现方法。系统的实验结果和系统的试运行结果达到了预期的性能和指标,具有较高的准确性和灵活性。证明了论文研究方法的正确性。
【Abstract】 With rapid development of electronic technology, digital signal processor (DSP) and complex programmable logic device (CPLD) are used widely. We have been aware of their high-speed character and powerful ability of processing data increasingly. It has been a trend that using DSP and CPLD to measure and analyze the parameters of power line network timely. In this paper, the power line network parameter measuring meter, is a new generation of power line network data meters, which take use of DSP(TMS320VC5416) and CPLD(XC95288XL) as its key part and has intensive integration of sampling, analyzing, counting and communicating. This paper consists of three parts as follow:1. Constructing a power line network measuring meter system based on DSP and CPLD; researching the measuring principle, realizing method and testing error analyzing of routine power parameter (voltage, current , frequency , phase , active power ,reactive power , distortion degree etc.) and harmonics in details. 2. Discussing the Ethernet principle and realizing communication in Ethernet network in a system with DSP and CPLD; introducing the communication principle and realizing method using wireless GSM (GPRS), serial interface and HPI in brief. 3. Introducing the bootloading principle of DSP and the realizing method of parallel bootloading with 16bits.The test running result of the system reaches the expectant effect and purpose. The system has very high veracity and flexibility. The research method of this paper has been proved to be valid.
