摩托车发动机气门相位及压缩比测量系统的研究

【摘要】 本论文以重庆嘉陵工业集团“摩托车发动机气门相位、压缩比测量”为科研背景,研究开发了基于PC机的摩托车气门相位及压缩比测量系统。全文分为绪论、工作原理、总体设计、硬件设计、软件设计、误差分析六个部分。国内对摩托车发动机气门相位和压缩比测量的一般方法存在着操作复杂,精确度较低等问题,在分析对发动机换气过程与气门结构、气门通过能力的基础上,提出了改进的方法。介绍了工程系统总体设计的方法和步骤,然后根据工程系统总体设计的原则规划出本系统的软、硬件系统。采用光栅位移传感器和光电轴角编码器,分别将发动机进、排气门位移量和曲轴旋转位移量的变化信号通过数据采样,输入到计算机,通过软件对三路信号加以比较,找出气门的相位关系,准确测量出气门相位的各个参数。对两种不同的测量压缩比的方法进行了比较研究,提出了两种方法的使用范围,对各自的优缺点进行了相应的分析。从而引出本系统的压缩比测量方法——液体测量。并对本系统液体测量的方法和如何选择测量液体进行了详细的介绍。围绕着液体测量的方法进行了硬件上的选择,搭建了本系统的硬件结构,给出了各个硬件具体的安装示意图。并且根据夹具设计的原则专门设计了本系统所需要用到的夹具,给出了夹具设计图。阐述了面向对象编程的原则和基本概念,对统一建模语言UML的开发过程进行了总结。用UML按照面向对象的设计思想对软件进行系统建模和提供针对本系统所设计的概念模型,并介绍了软件中重要的用况、进行用况分析和介绍了典型事件发生过程。程序的编写采用VISUAL BASIC,详细介绍了软件的使用流程。对误差理论进行了阐述,具体介绍了误差的各种来源和消除这些误差的各种方法。对系统中可能出现的误差进行了具体的分析,并给出如何减小,甚至在误差源上消除这些误差的方法。本系统已在重庆嘉陵工业集团运行了一年多,使用情况良好。操作简单,安装方便,并且能够提供较高的精确度。对摩托车发动机技术开发人员在品质控制上有着重要的参考价值。
【Abstract】 According to the "motorcycle valve phase and compression ratio measure" project, offered by Chongqing Jialing Industrial Group, we studied and found the Measure System For Motorcycle engine valve phase and compression ratio. This paper is divided into six parts: introduction, work principle, holistic design, hardware design, software design, and error analysis.The first part points out that the generic measure method has following disadvantages: complicated operation and lower precision. The second part offers the mending method based on analyzing the changing-gas procession, valve structure and transmitting capability.The part introduces the generic concept of system project holistic design, and designs the hardware and software system based on its rules, collects and compares the displacement signals of supply valve, exhaust valve and crank by using raster displacement coder and photoelectric angle coder, finds out the relevant relation, exactly measures the parameters of valve phase, and also explains why use the liquid measure in our design.The fourth part introduces how to choose the hardware and find the hardware structure based on measure method. According to clamp design principle, designs the clamps using in the system, offers the clamps and the sketch maps of hardware fixing.The fifth part introduces the principle of OOP. According to the process of UML, founds the system model and Analyzes the important use case、the process of type events, program with visual basic and lists the operational steps of this software.The sixth part introduces the origin of various errors and the methods to reduce or eliminate them, Detailed analyze the errors potentially appearing in the system and offers the methods that can reduce or even eliminate them through the error origin.This system has run well a year and an half in Chongqing Jialing Industrial Group, simple operation, convenient fixing and upper precision. It can be very valuable for the personnel who engage in quality control of motorcycle engine.
