模块化设计技术在大型管道外修复涂层缠绕机设计中的应用

【摘要】 石油工业的蓬勃发展要求管道运输业更加规模化。管道修复技术的不断提高和修复设备的不断改良是管输安全、长效、低耗的重要保证。本论文在充分阐述了管道修复工作重要性的基础上,针对管道外涂层缠绕机的设计,提出了运用模块化的概念来进行机械产品设计的思想。模块化作为标准化的更高层次,是产品结构典型化、部件通用化、参数系列化、特征尺寸模数化和组装组合化的综合体。模块化设计是自上而下的产品设计,它包含两个过程:一是系统“分解”,并建立模块系列;二是模块“组合”,并建立产品系列型谱。本论文首先根据管道外涂层缠绕机所要完成的任务,对其进行了典型化功能划分,建立了缠绕机的模块化功能树;在此基础上,依据功能与结构相对应的关系,给出了缠绕机的整体模块化结构,并详细讨论了各个功能模块的可能具体结构和模块间的接口形式;然后,以管径φ529的管道为目标客体,利用三维造型软件UG进行了管道外涂层缠绕机的参数化三维详细模型的建立,从结构上印证了模块划分的可行性,以及接口设计的合理性。之后,在分析了整个机器结构的基础上,给出了每个模块的基型结构和变型结构,归纳出这些模块的模块化型谱(纵向系列)。最后,对该产品的技术前景进行了展望。通过模块化设计技术在管道外涂层缠绕机这一具体产品设计中的应用,充分验证了模块化设计技术的优越性,展示了模块化设计的强大生命力。
【Abstract】 Rapid development of petroleum industry requires transportation trade bigger sized. Pipe restoring technique has been improved and restoring equipment has been renovated to ensure pipe transportation safe, effective and economy. In this article we aim at designing the outer coating pipe twister on the basis of the full understanding of the importance of restoring and we introduce the application of modularization to realize our design for mechanical products.Modularization, as more standardized one, is a comprehensive unit in the typification of product construction, the generalization of components, the sequence of parameter, modulization of feature value dimension and combination of assembly. Modular design is among up to down product designing progress, which includes two phase: the first one is to system “deconstruction” and to build modular construction series, the second one is to combine “modular construction” and to build products spectrum.At the beginning of the article, requested as what the outer coating pipe twister will perform, we compartmentalized the typical function of the machine and built modularization function tree of the machine, and then on the basis of the corresponding relationship between function and construction, we gave the whole modularization construction of the machine and discussed the possible construction of each function modular construction and the jointing form between each modular construction in detail. In the following chapters, we set up a 3-dimensional parameterized model of the outer coating pipe twister based on the object of the real pipe with (529 by 3D dimensional digital software UG, which verified the possibility of compartmentalization of modular construction structurally and the rationalization of the design for the jointing form. Whereafter, on the basis of analyzing the whole construction of the machine, we offer basic structure for each modular construction as well as changed structure so as to sum up the modularization spectrum of all these modular constructions. At last, the prospect of the technology of our machine has been discussed as well.In the application of modularization design on the outer coating pipe twister, the superiority of modularization design was confirmed. It was shown that the vitality of modularization design can be prospected
