【摘要】 社区参与旅游开发是增加居民收益、消除旅游消极影响的有效途径，也是社区居民发挥自身能力来管理和影响旅游开发的开放的民主化过程。而有关社区参与民族村寨旅游开发实践，对于社区居民经济受益、社区整体进化，促进民族地区的经济发展、旅游可持续发展以及小康建设等有着重要意义。但是还缺乏系统的研究，对它的关注还很不够。本文有在总结了前人有关研究成果的基础上，主要做了以下工作： 1．对“参与旅游开发的社区”和“民族村寨社区”进行了重新界定，讨论了社区参与民族村寨旅游开发的必要性和潜在优势。 2．分析了社区参与民族村寨旅游开发的制约因子和现存问题，提出了社区参与民族村寨旅游开发的原则。 3．总结了社区参与民族村寨旅游开发的类型、阶段和层次，以及各种参与方式。 4．探讨了社区参与民族村寨旅游开发的发展机制，并从利益主体关系调适、培训教育和收益分配机制构建等方面，提出了社区参与民族村寨旅游开发的利益保障措施，还在其中特别讨论了社区参与旅游股份合作制的发展思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Community participation tourism development is one efficient way to improve the residents’ income and avoid the negative influence with tourism., also one democratization process for residents to manage and impact tourism development. Community participation in tourism development of national villages help to residents’ economy benefit, community evolution, economy improvement of national area, tourism sustainable development . Yet it run short of systemic study and attention. On the base of summarizes the past study of it ,this article primarily does research work as following:1. It takes concepts of the community participating in tourism , national villages community, also elaborates the necessary and latent superiority of community participation in tourism development of national villages.2. It analyzes the restrictions and the present problems of community participation in tourism development of national villages, Introduces the principles of community participation in tourism development of national villages .3. It summarizes the types, phases, administrative levels, participation means of community participation in tourism development of national villages.4. It discusses the development mechanism of community participation in tourism development of national villages, besides, it introduce the benefit guarantee measures, including interest group relation adjustment, training and education , benefit distribution machine-made .
