【摘要】 油菜是我国的重要油料作物，四川省绵阳市是油菜生产和加工的重要基地，普及油菜高产栽培技术有利于提高广大农户和油菜加工企业的经营效率和效益，从而产生更大的比较优势。农业信息技术对于农业发展的重要作用已经得到全社会的共识，农业专家系统的普及应用，有利于提高农业生产水平和技术含量。利用计算机技术，研制专用的油菜栽培专家咨询系统，有助于油菜高产栽培技术的普及。本研究在广泛收集并分析、整理大量油菜生产技术资料的基础上，以Microsoft eMbedded Visual Tools 3.0作为主要开发工具，在手持式计算机设备上(PPC)上实现了适合四川绵阳区域生态条件的油菜栽培专家咨询系统，其主要特色和创新之处在于： 1．在分析、整理现有成熟的油菜高产栽培技术的基础上，重点对“双低”油菜高产保优栽培技术进行整理，筛选出了适合绵阳自然区域生态条件的油菜高产栽培技术路线和相应的栽培模式。主要是“秋发”技术路线和“增株控氮”技术路线。 2．通过收集、分析、整理绵阳市的土壤、气候资料，在规划的技术路线和相应的栽培模式的基础上，系统能够根据绵阳市的不同地区和土壤质地、土壤肥力、播种方式、目标产量的不同为用户推荐1848个不同的优化栽培方案，具有一定的智能决策特性，这是以往传统农业专家咨询系统所不具备的。 3．系统设计具有典型的“傻瓜”特性，操作简单、携带方便，系统集成了大量的油菜品种、常规栽培技术和“双低”油菜高产保优栽培技术、高芥酸油菜高产栽培技术、病虫害防治、无公害生产规程、良种繁育技术、油菜生物学特性等资料，特别适合普通农业经营者、基层农技推广工作者在田边地头使用。 4．软件的界面美观、简洁、时尚、大方。系统工作在彩色模式下，尤其是病虫害防治部分图文并茂，具有一定的多媒体特性，超越了以往手持式农业专家系统工作在黑白模式下的局限。更多还原

【Abstract】 Rapeseed is an important oil crop in our country. Mianyang, in Sichuan province, is an important base where rapeseed is cultivated and processed. Popularizing the knowledge of high products of rapeseed cultivation to the farmers and the companies will help them make better profits and produce better comparative advantage. It is well-known that agricultural information technology has been played an important part in the course of agriculture development. So making full use of the computer technology to explore Rapeseed Cultivation Expert Consulting System is of great importance. This Rapeseed Cultivation Expert Consulting System, based on the pocket personal computer and using Microsoft eMbedded Visual Tools 3.0 as the developing tool, was designed to apply to the ecologic environment of Mianyang’s areas. It has the following features:1. After analyzing and sorting the present information, pick out the cultivation model suitable to Mianyang’s ecologic environment.2. The system has the ability of recommending intelligently the better cultivation plan to the users according to different areas, the quality of soil, the fertility of soil, the ways of sowing and the expectant products. This feature never exists in any one of the traditional Agricultural Expert’s Consulting Systems.3. The designation of the system has the character of artificial intelligence. It is easy to operate and to take away. There is a great deal of information such as the varieties of rapeseeds, the high products cultivation technology, prevention and cure of the plant diseases and insect pests, well-bred breeding technology, rapeseed biologic characters and so on. Especially it is suitable for those who are agricultural managers and generalize the agricultural technology.4. The interface of the software is beautiful, simple and popular. Comparing with the previous white and black model, this system has the advantage that word explanations with color pictures are presented together.
