【摘要】 土地资源是一切发展的基础，土地资源的可持续利用对于正面临人口快速增长和土地数量与质量不断下降的中国具有非常重要的意义。遵义地区地处我国西南喀斯特生态脆弱区，由于贫困、紧张的人地关系和典型的喀斯特环境所引起的生态环境恶化和土地问题，已成为影响其社会与经济发展的重要限制因素，迫切需要寻找生态上合理、技术上可行的土地可持续利用途径。本文首先从理论上探讨了土地可持续利用的涵义，剖析了生态环境建设与土地可持续利用之间的关系，认为良好的生态环境条件是实现土地可持续利用的基本保障，而土地的可持续利用又可以起到改善生态环境、促进生态与经济可持续发展的作用，即生态建设与土地可持续利用是相互影响、相互促进的，土地可持续利用的实质是土地利用生态系统的可持续发展。在此基础之上，分析了遵义地区土地问题的主要影响因素，并从退耕还林、治理水土流失进行生态建设，因地制宜调整土地利用结构和产业布局、发展立体农业和多种经营，采用可持续发展的人口政策等七个方面提出了实现遵义地区土地可持续利用的具体对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 All development is based on land resources. Sustainable land use is of great importance for facing rapid growth of population and decrease of land quality and quantity in china. Zunyi area is located in the eco-environment vulnerable karst area of Southwest in China. Issue of worsen eco-environment caused by poverty, tense relationship between human and land, typical karst environment, becomes important limiting factors of social and economical development. It is necessary to look for the means of sustainable land use, which is reasonable in ecological and practical technique. Theoretically, the paper first explored the connotation of sustainable land use, and analyzed relationship between ecological construction and sustainable land use, and considered that fine eco-environment is basic guarantee of realizing sustainable land use. Sustainable land use can improve eco-environment and sustainable development of ecological and economy. Namely, ecological construction and sustainable land use are affecting and promoting each other. The essence of sustainable land use is sustainable development of land ecological system. Based on discussion above, the paper analyzed major factors of land issue in Zunyi area, and suggested practical strategies of realizing sustainable land use of Zunyi area from several ways, such as eco-environment construct from conversion of cropland to forest and soil and water conservation, adjustment of the land use and estate structure, development of stereoscopic agriculture and diversified economy, sustainable population policy.更多还原
