【摘要】 GIS的主要功能之一是数据管理，而数据更新是其最基本的要求之一。地理数据的现势性是衡量其使用价值的重要标志之一。当前GIS的核心已经从数据生产转为数据更新，数据更新就意味着GIS的可持续发展。此外，GIS中的时态问题是近十余年来持久不衰的研究热点。但是由于问题的复杂性，相关研究至今仍然停留在百家争鸣的理论探索阶段。时空数据模型(STDM)是时态地理信息系统(TGIS)的核心问题和主要难点。时空建模是现实的客观需求，也是GIS深入发展的必然趋势。 本文通过分析国内外时空数据建模技术的研究现状和发展趋势，评述现有的时空数据模型，比较分析ER和UML的优缺点，引入了一种全新的建模方法ORM，来探讨基于ORM时空数据模型的构建方法。着重研究时空数据的数据特征、概念模型及其时空建模的过程和方法。同时，以湘潭市房产管理项目中的房产空间数据为例，采用ORM的数据建模方法建立了房产管理中的时空数据模型。 本文的主要成果与研究结论如下：(1)时空数据模型没有统一的标准，面向对象方法是时空建模的发展方向；(2)ORM是一种进行时空数据建模的全新方法；(3)时空粒度是时空数据的重要特征，是影响时空建模的关键因素之一；(4)从应用系统的角度出发，构建了基于ORM的时空建模方法；(5)在分析房产空间数据特征的基础上，提出了基于ORM的房产时空数据管理方法。 本文选择了基于ORM的时空建模方法具有一定的新意。同时，本文详细研究了时空数据的数据特征、概念模型及时空建模的过程和方法，可为时空建模相关研究提供借鉴。此外，本研究可以直接解决应用系统中的时空数据的管理问题，因而具有一定的实用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 One of the major functions of GIS is data management and data updating is one of the most fundamental requirements of the data management. The keeping geographical data in always new has become an important measure in terms of its application value. At present, the kernel of GIS has shifted from data production to data updating which is the symbol of the sustainable development of GIS. Moreover, the temporal tense of GIS was continually one of the hot topics in GIS research field. However, this research on the temporal tense of GIS is still in the stage of keeping varying opinions from different researchers because of the complexity of the subject. The spatio-temporal data model (STDM) is both the key problem and the most difficult issue in the temporal geographical information system (TGIS). It is of importance to constructing STDM in terms of practical requirements and the future development tendency of GIS.In this thesis, the present conditions and development tendency of the techniques for constructing STDM in foreign countries and in China are presented and analyzed, the present STDM are discussed, the advantages and disadvantages of ER and UML are explored, and the detail of constructing STDM is in detail described through incorporating a totally new modeling method, i.e., Object-Role Modeling (ORM). The emphasis of the research of this thesis was put on the features of spatio-temporal data and its conceptual models as well as the process and methodology of spatio-temporal modeling. Based on these and using the spatial data of the real estate of XiangTan City in Hunan Province and ORM data modeling methodology the spatio-temporal data model (STDM) for real estate management was constructed.The main results and conclusions of this thesis are as follows: (l)There is no uniform standard in STDM and the Object-Oriented Method is the tendency of STM in future; (2)ORM is a totally new method for STM; (3) The spatio-temporal granularity as an important characteristic of STDM, is one of the most key element in STM;(4)The method of STM was provided on the basis of point view of applied system; and (5) The method of management for spatio-temporal data of real estate was developed based on the analysis of the characteristics of the real estate spatial data.In a word, the method of model constructing based on ORM and described in this thesis has some new meanings. Besides, the data characteristics, conceptual models as well as the process and method of the spatio-temporal modeling which are all presented and discussed in this thesis have provided the experiences for the similar studies of the spatio-temporal modeling. Moreover, this study has a certain practical values because it will be beneficial to solve the management problems of spatio-temporal data in applied systems.更多还原
