正常(牙合)者从肌位到牙尖交错位咬合过程的动态研究

【摘要】 目的 动态分析正常牙合 者从肌位(MP)到牙尖交错位 (ICP) 咬合的变化过程。 方法 采用T-Scan II系统, 分别记录123 名正常牙合 者从MP到最大咬合力的ICP咬合过程,对咬合数据进行动态分析。 结果 T-Scan II 系统对受试者ICP的力中心点、 左右侧牙合 力百分比值、牙合接触点数目的测量是可靠的(p>0.05)。正常牙合者ICP咬合时、差值服从正态分布,双侧第一点牙合 接触的时间差95%的参考值范围是0~0.2秒,第一点牙合 接触与多点牙合 接触的时间差95%的参考值范围是0~0.2秒。97.56%受试者MP与 ICP一致。结论 (1)T-Scan II系统有较好的重复性,传感器至少可重复使用三次。(2)判断MP早接触的标准是:少数或个别牙先接触,接触时间差超过0.2秒;或单侧牙先接触,左右侧接触时间差超过0.2秒;或MP接触点不能在ICP中重复出现。(3)判断ICP咬合正常的标准是: 在ICP用最大咬合力时咬合相对稳定,力的中心点、左右侧牙合力的百分比值、咬合接触点等均可重复出现;力的中心点分布于磨牙区,其范围是0.4±7.30 mm ;左右侧牙合力的百分比值的差值范围是 -1.7%±13.31% ; MP无早接触。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the biting process from muscular position (MP) to intercus-pal position(ICP)dynamically in the normal occlusion subjects. Methods The biting process from MP to ICP with maximal bite force was record-ed by T-Scan II system for 123 healthy subjects with normal occlusions. The records were analyzed in behavior.Results The T-Scan system was proved to be a reliable method for the measure-ment of the center of force ( COF) and the bite force percentage and occlusal contact numbers in ICP(P>0.05). The COF and the difference value of the dual bite-force percentage in normal occlusions with maximal bite force were belong to normal dis-tribution. 95% normal range of the difference time between the dual first contact was 0- 0.2 second. 95% normal range of the difference time between the first con-tact and the multi-contacts was 0-0.2 second also. The contact points in MP appeared in ICP were found in 97.56% of subjects . Conclusion (1) T-Scan II system was showed acceptable reproducibility. The sensor can be repeated three times at least. (2) The standard of premature contact in MP is that the difference time between the first contact and the multi-contacts is more than 0.2 second,or the difference time between the dual first contact is more than 0.2 second,or the contact points in MP do not appear in ICP. (3) The standard of normal occlsion in ICP is that intercuspal occlusion in maximal bite force is stable , the COF and the dual bite-force percentage and the contact points are reproducibility, the COF in maximal bite force distribute in molars area and the range is 0.4±7.30 mm , the range of the dual bite force percentage is -1.7%±13.31%, and there is not any prema-ture contact in MP.
