交直流混合电力系统低频振荡协调稳定控制

【摘要】 电网互联使低频振荡问题日益突出,直流线路的增加也给电力系统稳定分析带来一系列新课题。抑制低频振荡最有效的方法是装设电力系统稳定器(PSS)和直流附加控制器(DCM),但针对某一振荡模式而设计的PSS(DCM)会对其它模式产生负作用而破坏系统稳定性。针对此问题,本文结合交直流混合系统振荡模式的特点及PSS和DCM对不同振荡模式的抑制作用,提出利用基于特征值灵敏度的遗传算法(GA)对所有控制器参数进行统一求取的方法。用灵敏度矩阵指导算法的变异操作,同时采用浮点型编码方式,既使低频振荡的抑制达到最好效果又减少了计算时间。IEEE四机11节点和某一实际电网验证本文所提PSS和DCM控制器参数协调的有效性。

【Abstract】 The interconnect network makes low-frequency oscillation more and the increasing DC brings new subjects for stability analysis. The most effective method of damping the oscillation is to install power system stabilizer (PSS) and direct current modulation (DCM). But PSS (DCM) designed to a certain mode will produce bad effect to other modes. To this, combining feature of oscillation of AC/DC and the effect of PSS and DCM to different modes, the paper proposes using the GA based on sensitivity to get all controller parameters. The damp of low frequency oscillation can get the best effect by using sensitivity to instruct the mutation. To reduce the calculation time, the floating code is adopted. IEEE 4-machine-11-node system and an actual system prove the validity of the proposed algorithm of coordinating parameters of PSS and DCM.
