基于DSP的便携式信号采集分析仪的研究

【摘要】 本文在吸收了国内外同类仪器的优点和了解了现场需求后,设计开发了一种基于TMS320VC33的信号采集分析仪,该仪器采用了大量集成度高、容量大、处理速度快、低功耗的芯片,相对国内同类产品,在整体性能上有了较大的提高。该仪器可以双通道24位同步采样,兼有动态分析、动平衡仪、起停车分析等多种功能。并具有较大的升级潜力。经过测试,该仪器对振动信号进行采集、存储、显示及分析等操作正常。本文详细介绍了仪器各部分的组成和特点。

【Abstract】 After absorbing the experience of internal and international similar product and having known market requirement, we developed a data collector & analyzer based on TMS320VC33. We select a great of good integration、big memory capacity、high speed、low power devices during the design period. For the internal and international similar product, this instrument is better in the whole performance. It has a double-channel 24-bit data acquisition system with simultaneous track/ holds and can be used as dynamic analysis、dynamic balance、run up and down analysis and so on. It has great potential in upgrade. By testing, this instrument can sample、store、display and analyze the vibration signal rightly.
