数字式控制方法在液压泵性能测试中的应用研究

【摘要】 在液压传动和液压控制技术中,液压动力元件——液压泵是整个液压系统的心脏。其性能的好坏对整个液压系统的性能有着重要的影响,并将直接影响到整个系统的稳定性。随着液压技术和计算机控制技术的进一步发展,工程应用中对高性能、高品质液压动力元件——液压泵的需求量越来越大。因此,对液压泵性能的测试技术,特别是计算机辅助测控技术进行深层次的探讨与研究有着重要的实际意义。到目前为止,大部分液压泵性能试验台测试的项目不够全面,所能测试的液压泵类型比较单一,计算机集成化程度也不够高,导致不能对高性能、高品质液压泵进行很好的评价,使得企业不能很好地适应当今市场经济迅速发展的需要。基于以上考虑,作者以福州大学液压件厂现有的液压泵性能试验台为实际改进对象,分析了国内外有关液压CAT系统的美中不足,基于机、电、液一体化计算机自动控制的思想,提出液压泵性能测试的计算机数字式控制方法的设想,设计出一套具有先进水平的液压泵性能试验台,以适合对低、中、高压液压泵进行快速、准确、可靠的性能测试。在本文测控系统中,拖动系统采用交流变频调速技术,加载系统采用先进的步进式数字溢流阀进行加载,新颖地把数字控制系统应用于液压泵性能测试系统,有助于进一步实现液压泵性能测控系统的数字化设计。本文采取硬件措施对测控系统的输入输出信号进行处理,使得系统的抗干扰性能加强,计算机测试精度也得到提高。同时编制了界面友好的应用软件,充分发掘硬件系统潜在的功能。最后针对实际生产进行了样品试验,结果表明,系统具有良好的实用性,系统软件可移植,具有很好的通用性,适用于其他的液压控制系统。通过本课题设计,作者期望本课题的研究能起到抛砖引玉的作用,在传统的液压技术中注入新的血液——智能信息技术(IT),推动国内液压工业的进一步发展。

【Abstract】 Hydraulic pump, one of the hydrokinetic components, is the heart of the whole hydraulic system in the fluid transmission and control technology. The performance of the whole hydraulic system, even the stabilization of the whole system is seriously affected by the performance of hydraulic pump. With the rapid development of the hydraulic technology and computer control technology, the high performance and high quality hydraulic pump is actively demanded in the engineering application. Therefore, the study of the testing technique, especially the computer aided testing technique is very important in the practical application.Till now, the items of most of the hydraulic pump performance experiment stands are not enough. The style of hydraulic pump that can be tested is single and the level of the computer integration is not high. All these lead to that the enterprises are unable to evaluate the high performance and high quality hydraulic pump and can’t adapt to the need of the rapid development of the market.Based on the upward considerations, analyzing the hydraulic CAT system at home and abroad, the author improved the present hydraulic pump performance experiment stand of the hydraulic factory of Fuzhou University. Based on the idea of computer automatic control of mechanical, electric and fluid integration, an idea of computer digital control of hydraulic pump test was put forward and an advanced hydraulic pump performance experiment stand was designed in the present dissertation. It can be adapted to the quick, accurate and reliable testing of the low, medial and high pressure pump.In the present control system, the technology of variable frequency speed governing was used in the driving system of the experiment stand and the advanced stepping digital overflow valve was adopted in the part of loading. It was new face that the computer digital control was used in the testing technique. And it was helpful to further study on the digital design of the hydraulic pump performance testing.The measure of hardware was adopted to deal with the in-out sign of testing system in the present dissertation. It strengthened the anti-jamming performance of the system and increased the precision of the computer testing. The application <WP=4>software with friendly interface was worked out in the same time. And the latent potential of the hardware system was fully excavated. Finally the specimen examination was carried out aiming at the practical production. The results showed that the system had the fine practicability and the portable system software had the fine commonality that was applicable for other hydraulic control system.Through the design, the author expected that the present study would throw out a brick to attract a jade and would inject the new blood into the traditional hydraulic technology that was intelligent information technology (IT). And it would promote the further development of domestic hydraulic industry.
