【摘要】 “实现工业化仍然是我国现代化进程中艰巨的历史性任务。”工业化是福建省通向现代化的必由之路。为了探讨福建省在新世纪如何实现工业化的问题，本课题首先从宏观上对我国工业化进程及现状作了描述，同时指出我国（福建省）在知识经济的背景下，走新型工业化道路的必然性；在分析福建省新型工业化现状以前，本课题首先对福建省工业基础作了客观的判断，其后针对福建省新型工业化的优势与不足，给出了福建省推进新型工业化应采取的战略举措；为了最大限度地推进福建省新型工业化进程，支撑新型工业化的技术发展战略必不可少。本课题首先对技术发展对新型工业化的推动作用作了定性描述，然后模拟分析了适合福建省新型工业化的技术发展战略。通过定量方法和定性方法的结合（以定量方法为主），本课题得出以下结论：我国工业化目前仍处于中期阶段，实现工业化仍有很长的路要走。在农业经济、工业经济和知识经济并存的三元经济结构框架下，我国（福建省）适合走一条“以信息化带动工业化，以工业化促进信息化”的新型工业化路子。采用因子分析方法，通过与全国其他24个地区的横向比较分析，评价得出：福建省工业基础处于中上水平。福建省工业外向度较高，利用外资能力较强，但是技术基础较差，科技投入和产出不足；经过工业结构调整，福建省工业结构得到进一步优化，更趋合理，但是轻型化特征仍旧突出。新型工业化方面，通过主成分分析方法，可以认为：与全国其他地区相比，福建省新型工业化发展态势良好。福建省工业可持续发展能力强、工业对劳动力有较强的吸纳能力、工业信息化程度较高、经济效益较好；同时，福建省工业化程度较低，城市化水平偏低，科技含量不高，技术基础薄弱。技术发展是推动工业化进程的根本动因，新型工业化主要是由信息技术来推动的。最后，通过对福建省新型工业化和技术发展的计量经济分析，模拟得出：扩大整个工业规模（加大工业固定资产投资），推进工业化进程的同时，扩大相应的自主研究开发投入（这里指增大自主研究开发的比例），这样的技术发展战略有利于全面提高福建省新型工业化水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 “To realize industrialization remains an arduous historical task in the modernization proceeding of our country.”Industrialization is the only way for Fujian Province to lead to modernization.In order to probe into the problem how to realize the industrialization of Fujian Province in the new century, this subject describes the industrialization proceeding of our country and current situation macroscopically at first, points out the certainty that our country(Fujian Province) should go along the road of new-type industrialization under the background of knowledge economy at the same time;Before analyzing the current situation and development model of new-type industrialization of Fujian Province, this subject does an objective judgement to the industrial foundation of Fujian Province at first,and then according to the advantages and deficiencies of new-type industrialization of Fujian Province, provides some strategic actions to advance the new-type industrialization of Fujian Province；in order to advance the new-type industrialization proceeding of Fujian Province to the maximum extent, the technical development strategy of supporting new-type industrialization is essential.This subject describes the impetus to new-type industrialization of technical development qualitatively at first,and then simulates the technical development strategy suited to the new-type industrialization of Fujian Province.Combining quantitative means with qualitative means ,this subject draws the following conclusions:The industrialization of our country is still in middle period stage at present,we have a long way to walk along in order to realize industrialization. Under three economic structure frame that agricultural economy,industrial economy and knowledge economy coexist, our country (Fujian Province ) is suited to walk along the way of new-type industrialization that " using informationization to drive industrialization , using industrialization to promote informationization".Adopting the method of factor analysis, through the horizontal comparative analysis with other 24 areas in the whole country, we can appraise out:the industrial foundation of Fujian Province is above the average.The export-oriented degree of industry of Fujian Province is relatively high,the ability of utilizing foreign capitals is stronger, but the technical foundation is relatively poor, the input in science and technology and output are insufficient; through industrial restructuring, the industrial structure of Fujian Province is optimized further, more rational, but the light-duty characteristic is still outstanding .About new-type industrialization, through the method of principal components analysis, we can think : Compared with other areas in the whole country, the developing state of new-type industrialization of Fujian Province is better.The <WP=4>sustainable development ability of industry of Fujian Province is strong, the industry has relatively better receiving ability to the workforce,the degree of informationization of industry is relatively high,the economic benefit is better;Meanwhile, the degree of industrialization of Fujian Province is relatively low, the urbanization level is on the low side, the scientific and technological content is not high, the technical foundation is weak .Technical development is the basic reason to promote the industrialization proceeding ,new-type industrialization is mainly promoted by information technology. Finally,through econometrics analysis to the new-type industrialization and technical development of Fujian Province, a conclusion is drawn by simulation : expanding the whole industrial scale (strengthening the investment in fixed assets of industry) , advancing industrialization proceeding , meanwhile expanding the corresponding input in independent research and development (here referring to increasing the proportion in independent research and development), such a technical development strategy helps to improve the new-type industrialization level of Fujian Province in an all-round way.更多还原
