【摘要】 县级森林资源管理信息系统是森林资源管理、森林资源信息管理理论和方法与计算机技术、地理信息系统技术、卫星遥感技术、网络技术以及数据库技术等相结合发展起来的专业应用系统，是全国森林资源管理信息系统的有机组成部分。它以森林资源二类调查数据为基础，结合县级系统的实际需求，实现了县级森林资源数据的动态管理与分析，为省级、国家级森林资源管理信息系统进一步的实现奠定了基础。 本文运用软件工程的理论和方法，介绍了整个项目在各个阶段的实现方法和运用的技术，详细阐述了系统中各个功能模块的实现。对系统研发所涉及的一些关键技术和概念进行了详细的说明，并论述了VB与ArcObjects组件式开发模式，以及运用这种开发模式的优点。最后本文对系统WebGIS的应用做了进一步的探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 Forest Resource Management Information System for County is the professional application that is developed through the integration of forest resource management and forest resource information management theory with Computer Technology, Geographical Information System, Satellite Remote Sensing, Network Technology and DatabaseTechnology and so on. It is part of National Forest Resource Management Information System. Based on Forest Resource second kind survey, integrated fact demand county system, Realized dynamic management and analysis on the data of county forest resource management. It made a foundation for province and national level perfection.In this paper, software engineering theory and method is used. The method and technology of software engineering during every phases is introduced. Some related function modules based on the real requirements of basic unit forestry is developed. This paper make out the implement of every system function modules in details. Some key technology and conception is also explained in stuy. In the meanwhile, the way of COM programming "is discussed in detail in this paper by integrating VB and ArcObjects with some good method and ways .
