矿井风阻测定及数据处理方法研究

【摘要】 本文在分析了目前矿井通风阻力测定及相应软件的研究现状的基础上,针对目前矿井通风阻力测定方法的缺点,以及软件方面的不足状况,提出了以三种常用的获取风阻的方法综合应用的设计思想,并加以实现。三种方法的综合应用,大大减少了测定工作量。并且可以得到矿井全部巷道的风阻,可以为风网解算提供完整的基础数据。本文以图论及通风网络中风流的基本定律为基础,将通风阻力测定从设计到数据计算以及对测定数据的平差处理集于一体。 多种方法的优化组合、综合应用的思想与目前的通风阻力测定方法相比有明显的优点。不但能发挥各方法的长处,避开各自的不足之处,而且还节省了测定的工作量。对测定数据进行平差处理,提高了测定精度。开发的系统实现了计算机自动选择测定路线,在通风系统图上可视化布置测点、测段等图形功能,以及数据处理功能。通过在实际矿井中的应用,验证了本方法的可行性与可靠性。 本文提出通风阻力测定过程是人机交互的过程,人工调查、测量、输入数据与计算机选路线、处理数据相结合。并首次提出测压巷道与测风巷道分开进行测量。提出的思想不但适用于压差计测定法,也适用于气压计及其它测量仪器,对矿井通风阻力测定及通风管理工作做出了有益的探索。

【Abstract】 Through a thorough investigation on the present situation of measure of mine ventilation resistance and it’s software research,according to the limitation of measure of mine ventilation resistance and software requirement,the idea that synthetize three common ways is brought forward and is realized in this paper.Through synthetizing three ways,the workload of measure is reduced greatly.And we can get all resistance of lanes,then it can supply the complete basic data for ventilation network calculation. It is gathered in the integral whole that the design and calculation and adjustment of mine ventilation resistance determine.The thought has obvious advantage that various methods are optimized gather together and synthesized apply compares with the current method of mine ventilation resistance determine.It can not only develop each method’s strength,but avoid it’s shortage, and it can still save the workload of measurement.Through adjustment to measurement data,the measurement precision is increased.The system of the development realizes automatic selecting measurement route by computer, set measuring point and segment visually in the mine ventilation system diagram, and the function of data processing. Through the application in the actual mine, the feasibility and dependability of this method is verified.This paper puts forward the mine ventilation resistance measurement process is a process of human-computer interaction, Investigation and measurement and inputing data by peraon is combined with choosing route and processing data by computer.And it puts forward to separate the lanes that measure ventilation resistance from the lanes that measure airflow quantity.The thought of putting forward not only is applicable to the differential pressure meter, but also is applicable to barometer and other measuring instruments.It is a contribution to measure of mine ventilation resistance and mine ventilation management .
