基于MC68EZ328的泥水界面检测仪的开发与实现

【摘要】 泥水界面检测仪是一种用于测量沉淀池底部污泥积累厚度的电子仪器。它可以使工作人员在任何时候能清楚地掌握自来水厂沉淀池池底的污泥量,准确有效地执行排泥操作,可为水厂带来明显的经济效益。通过使用泥水界面仪可使水厂排泥的自动化程度大大提高,可实现无人看护连续工作,始终保持污泥界面在设定的范围内。 本文通过对摩托罗拉公司生产的MC68EZ328嵌入式处理器进行分析,研究了基于该处理器的外围电路扩展方法和嵌入式操作系统uClinux的移植方法,并实现了在移植的操作系统上的应用软件开发,进而开发了基于MC68EZ328的泥水界面检测仪。 本文通过对泥水界面检测仪开发过程的相关问题的分析,详细描述了FLASH存储器、DRAM存储器、通信接口以及数字量模拟量的扩展方式以及相应的初始化代码的编写方法和应用程序的编写方法以及嵌入式系统的调试过程,并对嵌入式系统设备驱动程序的开发作了研究。 基于MC68EZ328的泥水界面检测仪现已形成产品,在现场使用中运行良好,给自来水厂带来了明显的经济效益。嵌入式系统的应用日趋广泛,本文的研究旨在推动其在工业仪表中的应用。

【Abstract】 Mud-Water Interface Detector is an electric device used to detect the depth of mud in the bottom of the tank. It can make workers clearly know the quality of the mud in the bottom of the tank in any time and execute effectively the operation of venting mud in time, which can bring water factory big economic benefit. It also can make the venting mud work without workers and continuously keep the interface of the Mud-Water in the present value.The paper research the periphery circus expanding methods based on MC68EZ328 of Motolora and embedded operation system ucLinux replanting methods. It also discuss development of the application software on replanting operation system and on this bases develop the Mud-Water Interface Detector based on MC68EZ328.The paper discuss in detail of the expanding methods of FLASH, RAM, UART, Digital In/Out, Analog In/Out, methods of respect initial code and application program, debug produce of embedded system by analysising respective problem during developing.Mud-Water Interface Detector based on MC68EZ328 has been product. It is used in fieldwork well. It bring water factory big economic benefit. The application of embedded system is more and more wide. The research on the paper is to promote the application in the industry meter.
