复合土钉支护机理及其设计研究

【摘要】 土钉支护是一种新型的基坑支护方法,由于其优点很多,它一经产生便显示出了强大的生命力,在全国很多地方都得到了大力推广。软土地区土体强度很低,并且地下水位很高,传统的土钉支护技术不能适用,为此就产生了水泥土墙复合土钉支护技术。 本文首先研究了复合土钉支护中土钉、水泥土墙的抗滑机理,介绍了其机理的理论解释。 本文还研究了支护结构在正常工作过程中的各种性能,如土钉拉力分布规律、土压力分布规律、土钉支护极限高度以及支护结构变形特点。 介绍了复合土钉支护的设计方法,综述了国内外的内部稳定性分析方法,在相关文献基础上介绍了复合土钉支护体系内部稳定性分析的Bishop方法。 利用复合形法这一优化理论编制了程序TDYH.C,该程序既可以计算复合土钉支护结构的安全系数,还可以进行复合土钉支护的优化设计,自动配置钉长和土钉倾角。本文还研究了软土中复合土钉支护与一般土钉支护的区别,得出了一些有益的结论和建议,可供工程应用中参考采用。 最后提出了复合土钉支护的基于土压力的反演分析计算模型。

【Abstract】 Soil nailing is a new kind of retaining method and it is used widely after it appeared in China for its advantages. The soil intensity is very low and the groundwater level is usually very high in the area of soft soil, so the traditional soil nailing method can’t be used in such place. It is the reason why the cemented-soil wall composite soil nail method was invented.The resisting slip mechanism of nail and cemented-soil wall is researched on and the theory of the mechanism is also introduced in this paper firstly.Kinds of working capability such as distribution rule of the internal force of soil nail and the soil pressure in soil and the limit height and the deformation rule of composite soil nail system are all researched on in this paper.The design program and kinds of internal stability analysis of composite soil nailing are introduced in this paper. And on the basis of many literatures, the Bishop method for internal stability analysis of composite soil nailing is presented.A computer program named TDYC.C is designed to calculate the internal stability safe factor. It can also be used for optimum design of composite soil nailing system. Soil nail length and downwards angle can be designed automatically by the program. In addition, the difference between soil nailing and composite soil nailing is analyzed in this paper and some useful conclusions and suggestion are made, which can be used as a reference in real project.A kind of back inference model based on soil pressure for composite soil nailing is presented at last.
