铜锌合金粉表面性能的研究

【摘要】 片状铜锌合金粉是一种重要的金属颜料,它具有酷似黄金的颜色和随角异色等特点,在装饰、油墨等方面得到广泛应用。本文在铜锌合金粉色相分析,提高铜锌合金粉的光泽度,以及提高铜锌合金粉的耐酸,耐高温性能方面,开展了研究工作。 为了表征铜锌合金粉的色相,以色相产生的光学原理为基础,与湖南技术物理研究所合作研制了色相测量仪,该仪器能快速有效地描述铜锌合金粉的色相,并可有效表征表面改性所引起的色相变化。 在提高铜锌合金粉的光泽度方面,采用了两种氧化方法对粉体进行表面改性。第一种是采用双氧水氧化,研究结果表明该法能有效提高粉体的光泽度,在H2O2与铜锌合金粉的用量比为8ml:10g,反应1小时,光泽度可提高25%;第二种方法采用高温部分氧化法,研究了氧化时间,温度对光泽度提高的影响,当温度为100℃,氧化时间1小时,光泽度可提高9%。 在提高铜锌合金粉的耐酸碱,耐高温的性能方面,研究了粉体包覆SiO2的作用,其包覆原料分别为硅酸钠,正硅酸乙酯,分别考察了包覆前后析出氢气量的变化。以Na2SiO3为包覆原料时,析出氢气量,最高减少到原粉的六分之一;以正硅酸乙酯为包覆原料时,析出氢气量,最高减少到原粉的二分之一。在研究粉体在高温中的表现时,通过所研制的色相测量仪,对样品在高温中的性能进行了表征,研究结果表明粉体包覆SiO2后,其耐高温性能方面有明显提高。
【Abstract】 Flake-like gold bronze powder is an important metallic pigment. It has many specialties, such as golden color, angel-depend effect. All these performance make it perfect for decoration and as printing ink. In this paper, our research is focused on analyzing color, improving the luster of gold bronze powders, and its performance in high temperature and resistance to high temperatureWith the cooperation of Hunan Technology Physics Institution, color analyzing instrument has been made, based on the principle of optics. The instrument is effect in telling the color of the powder and is applied to describe the color changes, caused by surface modification.Two methods have been employed to improve the luster of gold bronze powders. The first one is to oxide the powder by H2O2. The data shows that it does work. When H2O2 : powder is 8ml:10g, and the experiment time is 1 hour, the most significant result can be achieved, which the luster increased 25%; The second method is to treat the powder in high temperature. The relationship among treating time, temperature and luster is presented. When the powder is treated for 1 hour at 100, luster increased 9%.To enhance performance of the powder in the present of acid and resistance to high temperature, the powder is coated by SiO2, using Na2SiO3 or (C2H5O)4Si. The effect of coating is estimated by the volume of H2 of the pigment in slight acid solution. When using Na2SiO3 as the raw material, the volume of H2 reduced 6 times, compared to uncoated pigment. When using (C2H5O)4Si as the raw material, the volume of H2 reduced 2 times. The performance of coated powder in high temperature is presented by the color analyzing instrument. The coated powder shows high oxidation resistance.
