论民主法制建设与思想政治工作的统一

【摘要】 民主法制与思想政治，是社会主义上层建筑的两个重要范畴。民主法制建设与思想政治工作，是社会主义政治文明的两个实践范畴。它们的辩证统一，是描述社会主义社会人们实践活动和社会主义民主政治实际发展过程的科学范畴。有中国特色社会主义社会人们的政治生活、精神生活，都在于搞好民主法制建设与思想政治工作。 民主法制建设要结合思想政治工作一道进行，才能上升到理性的高度。思想政治工作要伴随民主法制建设一道去做，才能进入有效境界。民主法制建设与思想政治工作两者的辩证统一，是建设社会主义政治文明的理论基础。民主法制建设与思想政治工作相统一的现实基础，是社会主义社会人们的现实生活，社会主义市场经济，全面建设小康社会，社会主义现代化建设的客观实际。新时期民主法制建设与思想政治工作相统一的集中体现，是依法治国与以德治国及其结合的基本方略。 研究民主法制建设与思想政治工作的统一及其现实基础和集中表现，对于建设社会主义政治文明，达到社会主义高度民主，实现富强、民主、文明的社会主义现代化理想，并为实现共产主义创造条件，都具有特别重要的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Democracy, legal system and ideology, politics are two important categories of the socialist superstructure. Democratic and legal systematic construction, and ideological and political work are two practical categories of the socialist political civilization. Their dialectical unity is a scientific category of describing the socialist people’s practical activities and actual developmental process of the socialist democratic politics. The people’s political life and spiritual life of Chinese characteristic socialism lie in doing well in democratic and legal systematic construction, and ideological and political work.Democratic and legal systematic construction has to be done with ideological and political work. Only in this way can it rise to the rational height. Ideological and political work has to be done with democratic legal and systematic construction. Only in this way can it get into the effective state. Their dialectical unity is a theoretical basis of constructing the socialist political civilization. The real base of their unity is the people’s actual life, the socialist market economy, all-round construction of a well-to-do country, and objective reality of the socialist modernization construction. The concentrated embodiment of their unity is the general plan of administering a country by the legal system and by the moralities.Studying the unity, the real life and the concentrated embodiment of democratic and legal systematic construction, and ideological and political work is very important to construct the socialist modernization construction, to go up to the socialist high democracy, to realize the socialist modernization idea of prosperity, democracy and civilization, and to accomplish communism.更多还原
