注塑机塑化理论的研究及其应用

【摘要】 本文作为浙江大学生产工程研究所与宁波海天机械有限公司的合作项目“注塑机智能化设计软件开发及其应用”中的一部分,主要研究注塑机塑化过程以及螺杆的优化设计。 论文介绍了注塑机的发展历史、塑化理论及塑料成型加工的数值模拟的国内外研究现状。结合瞬态熔融理论,建立了注塑机螺杆新的物理模型,考虑熔融物在同一螺槽中与固体床相对分离的现象,减少热传递中能量的损失,提高物料的熔融速率。掌握ANSYS有限元流体动力学分析模块,开发了螺杆的参数化模块。通过对注塑机螺杆熔体输送理论的研究,以注塑机螺杆计量段作为螺杆塑化过程的建模对象,建立了可用于数值模拟的参数化数学模型。通过塑化过程的有限元数值模拟及优化设计,进行了优化螺杆和标准螺杆的性能比对实验,验证了优化螺杆的性能已优于标准螺杆。最后,对论文的研究工作做了总结,并讨论分析了存在的问题。

【Abstract】 The paper, as a part of the collaborative project between the Production Engineering Research Center of Zhejiang University and Haitian Machinery Co. Ltd, mainly research the preplasticizing process of the injection molding machine and the optimization design of injection screw.In this paper, the developing status of the injection molding machine, the preplasticizing theory and the developing status of the numerical simulation of preplasticizing process are introduced. On the base of transient melting theory in the solid conveying theory, a novel physical model of injection screw is put forward,in which solid and liquid are relatively separated, the energy loss during the thermal transmission is decreased and the melting speed rate of the plastic is improved. The parametric module of injection screw is built, based on the FLOTRAN CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) of ANSYS. The parametric mathematic model based on the melt conveying theory, which can be used to the numerical simulation and optimization of preplasticizing process, is established, thus the result that optimized screw’s performance is better than standard screw’s, have been approved by the contrasted experiments. At last all the research are summarized and open questions are discussed in this paper.
