【摘要】 日本经济经历了从战后到80年代的辉煌，也承受着90年代以来陷入停滞的苦恼和困惑。日本经济持续近半个世纪的迅速发展，使人们不约而同把目光投向令人称羡的日本企业。日本企业作为日本经济发展的见证人，它亲历了经济从恢复到振兴的全过程，日本现代企业制度及其借鉴就是基于此而提出的，旨在让人们对日本企业制度作一个客观的评判，分析其传统的特色及其不适应成熟经济发展的弊端，从中吸取一些有益的东西为我所用。 论文首先阐释了现代企业制度的内涵、日本现代企业制度的形成及原因；其次深入分析了日本企业在雇佣制度、工资制度、产权制度和法人治理结构等6个方面独具的特色，充分说明这一系列制度适应了当时的社会经济历史条件，促进了经济的发展；进入20世纪90年代之后，日本经济开始下滑，进入持续的低迷状态。在对日本经济现状进行反思的基础上，本文分析了日本企业制度在雇佣、工资和管理等方面发生的变革。最后在借鉴日本现代企业制度经验和教训的基础上，结合我国的实际，提出国有企业改革的一些具体思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Japan has made a great development in 1980s after the World War II, while its economy was stagnant with trouble during the period of the 1990s.The rapid development about half century of the Japan’s economy makes every people show great interest in its enterprise. Japan’s enterprise is the eyewitness of Japan’s economy because it has undergone the whole process of the recovery and the rejuvenization of Japan’s economy.The analysis of the characteristic of Japan’s enterprise system will make an objective judgement about the enterprise system itself and it is helpful to the development of the economy of our country.Firstly,the thesis expounds the connotation,the fomation and the development of Japan’s modern enterprise system;Secondly,the article elaborates the institution of employment,salary,distribution,leadership and the enterprise culture full of the Confucian feature.The thesis explains that the institution adapted to the social and historical condition and promoted the development of the ecocomy;After 1990 Japan’s economy descended gradually and seemed to be in the bottom during the course of its development.On the basis of the reflection of that condition,the thesis analyzes the factors that resulted in the depression of Japan’s economy such as institutin,history and so on.lt indicates that the government of Japan and Japan’s enterprise have dealt with all the difficulies actively and have explored and reformed the disadvantage that could not adapt to the development of the modern economy in order to reshape Japan’s enterprise.The thesis aims for the scrupulous structure and the high level on the basis of example and figure underlying the point of view for the sake of achieving the purpose of characteristic analysis of Japan’s enterprise system.We should draw lessons from Japan’s enterprise system and establish modern enterprise system step by step in our own enterprises.更多还原
