微波辐射下一有机反应的研究
Studies on the Synthesis of Organic Reaction under Microwave Irradiation

【摘要】 液晶化合物作为一种新型的材料,近年来得到了迅速发展。微波辐射是近十几年来新兴的一种实验技术,已广泛地应用于有机反应和有机合成。在合成液晶化合物的时候引入微波辐射,可以大大缩短时间。 第一章:氢键是用于构筑超分子体系的一种重要的次价键作用,利用分子间氢键自组装构成液晶的方法具有合成路线灵活,简便,易于变化的特点,已被广泛应用于液晶化合物的合成并通过FTIR证实了氢键的存在。DSC与POM对其液晶性进行了表征证明化合物具有液晶相现象。本文综述了氢键诱导液晶化合物的发展状况。 第二章:通过在微波辐射条件下由对-苯偶姻与乙酸铵缩合制各2,3,5,6-四苯基吡嗪,对微波辐射反应进行了初步探讨。研究发现,当乙酸酐存在时能够选择性地得到2,3,5,6-四苯基吡嗪,且产率有明显的提高,反应时间也大大缩短。 第三章:以SiO2-OSO3H为催化剂,在微波辐射条件下使季戊四醇与醛、酮反应,制得了高收率的双缩醛、双缩酮。研究发现,微波辐射可以在很大程度上缩短反应时间,是一种有效的方法。 第四章:了10个4,4′-二氨基苯磺酰苯胺的酰胺衍生物,并通过示差扫描量热法(DSC)与偏光显微镜(POM)测定这些衍生物的液晶性,发现4-氨基-4′-(对甲氧基)苯甲酰胺基苯磺酰苯胺(4g)具有液晶现象,并在微波辐射下对反应进行了探讨。
【Abstract】 As a new type of material, liquid crystals compounds were developed very fast in these years. Microwave irradiation is a new technology for experiences. And it was used in organic reactions or organic synthesis widely recent year. When we synthesis the liquid crystals under microwave irradiation, we found that reaction time was shorted at large.Chapter 1: Hydrogen bonding is one of the principal intermolecular forces to enable the construction of supramolecular structures. And self-assembly via intermolecular hydrogen bonding is a new method for synthesis liquid crystals. Some of them was vented by FTIR and studied by DSC or polarized optical microscopy. In this paper, we reported the development of liquid crystals induced by intermolecular hydrogen bonding.Chapter 2: We study the effect of microwave irradiation by the by condensation of benzoin with ammonium acetate in acetic anhydride. We found amarone has been obtained selectively. Moreover, under microwave irradiation, the reaction was finished in shorter time and got the products in high yields reaction ofChapter 3: The synthesis of diacetals from 2,2-bis(hydroxymethyl)-l,3-propanediol with aldehydes and ketones is carried out under microwave irradiation in 80-98%yield with silica sulfate as catalyst. We found microwave irradiation is a useful method in organic reaction.Chapter 4: 10 amide derivatives have been synthesized from 4,4’-diaminoben-zenesulfonanilide. We found that the aromatic amide derivatives containing proper groups at the end of the rod-like molecules were able to form themotropic liquid crystalline phase. Moreover we do some research for the reaction under microwave irradiation.
