FFT法进行干涉测试的研究

【摘要】 本文探讨了利用二维DFT工具对采用空间载频外差干涉术后得到的单幅干涉图进行相位求解的问题。论文最终解决了利用二维OFT求解一般相位过程中的存在三个问题:圆形干涉区域的延拓问题,一级频谱的 提取问题,压包波面的波面统一问题。结合图像修描处理与干涉图空域延拓方法,提出基于样本块的干涉图重建方法。用实际干涉图对本文的算法进行测试,通过对比本文处理结果与ZYGO干涉仪以及本教研室PSI干涉测试系统处理结果后表明,本文方法能在保证一定精度的情况下,只利用单幅干涉图就能达到精确求解波面相位的效果,大大减少波面求解的时间和复杂度,对要求实时性求解波面的场合具有较大的实用意义。

【Abstract】 Phase retrieval algorithm with one single interferogram using two-dimension DFT is detailed discussed here. Three main problems are involved: spreading the circular region to square region, acquiring the first-order frequency accurately, unwrapping the wrapped phase. This algorithm is tested with real interferogram. By comparing the result with the one from the Zygo interferometer, it is concluded that this algorithm is able to retrieval the phase with one single interferogram, without depressing the accuracy. On the other hand, it reduces greatly the computer time and other complexity, for it needs not any accessorial instrument, which is most suitable for those real-time measuring situation.
