甲氧化基萘类标记的荧光水处理药剂的合成

【摘要】 合成了荧光单体4-甲氧基-N-(3-二甲氨基丙基)萘酰亚胺烯丙基氯的季铵盐(4-MNDMAPN-AQ),采用红外、质谱、核磁等方法对其进行表征,通过考察反应温度、反应时间、物料配比确定了反应的最佳条件;将上述单体与丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺共聚,并研究了他们的聚合规律。 文中对该药剂的荧光性能进行评价,探讨了溶液的pH值、聚合物的粘度、氧化剂、紫外照射等的因素对荧光强度的影响。实验结果表明:在pH=7~10的环境中AA/AM/4-MNDMAPN-AQ的荧光强度较稳定,常规阻垢剂的存在对其荧光强度没有影响,氧化剂、紫外线照射使该物质的荧光强度减弱,在浓度为1mg/L~10mg/L范围内AA/AM/4-MNDMAPN-AQ荧光强度与浓度呈良好的线性关系。检测下限为0.5mg/L。 研究了AA/AM/4-MNDMAPN-AQ的阻垢性能,并将其与常规阻垢剂HEDP、PBTCA、HPMA、PAA进行比较。得出聚合物AA/AM/4-MNDMAPN-AQ的加入量为12mg/L左右时,阻垢性能较好,与HEDP、PBTCA、HPMA、PAA比较,AA/AM/4-MNDMAPN-AQ的阻垢效果较差。文中还测定了黏度对阻垢效果的影响,结果表明,黏度越大AA/AM/4-MNDMAPN-AQ的阻垢效果越好。

【Abstract】 A fluorescent monomer, allyl chloride quaternary salt of 4-methoxy-N-(3-N’, N’-dimethyl- aminopropyl)naphthalimide, was synthesized and characterized by using infrared, mass spectrum, nuclear magnetic resonance in this paper. The optimized conditions were obtained from investigation of reaction time, reaction temperature and material ratio. The copolymerization of 4-MNDMAPN-AQ, acrylic acid(AA) and acrylamide (AM) was studied.The fluorescent performance of AA/AM/4-MNDMAPN-AQ was evaluated. The effect of pH, the viscosity of polymer, oxidant and ultraviolet radiation was surveyed, The results showed that the fluorescent intensity of polymer are constant at pH=7~10; The general used inhibitors have no influences on the fluorescent intensity and to some extent the oxidants and sunshine would make the fluorescent intensity become weak. The calibration curve for the determination of AA/AM/4-MNDMAPN-AQ was linear over the range from 1 mg L-1 to 10 mg L-1. The detection limit for AA/AM/4-MNDMAPN-AQ is 0.5 mg L-1.The performance of scale inhibition was researched and the results were compared with HEDP, PBTCA, HPMA and PAA. The test indicated that the scale inhibition ratio of AA/AM/4-MNDMAPN-AQ is higher when the polymer dosage is 12 mg-L’1; but its scale inhibition ratio is lower than those of HEDP, PBTCA, HPMA and PAA. The effect of polymer relative viscosity on the scale inhibition ratio was also determined and the outcome manifested that the scale inhibition results is better at the higher viscosity.
