精益生产方式在卷烟厂的应用研究

【摘要】 本文从我国制造业引入精益生产方式的大背景入手，系统阐述了精益生产方式的相关理论内容，并将精益生产方式引入卷烟生产企业，提出了卷烟厂实施精益生产方式的系统设计方法，最后论述了卷烟厂实施精益生产方式的指导思想、实施方法、实施程序以及实施条件。 本文共分为五章。第一章为选题的背景及其意义。精益生产方式最早应用于汽车工业，随后广泛推广到整个制造业。本章通过分析我国制造业和卷烟工业的发展状况，阐述了卷烟工业引入精益生产方式的背景和意义。第二章系统介绍了精益生产方式的理论内容，包括精益生产方式的基本概念、内涵、特征，精益生产方式的体系架构以及精益生产方式的主要内容。第三章、第四章是本文的重点。第三章从卷烟企业的实际情况出发，首先对卷烟厂引入精益生产方式进行了系统分析，指出精益生产方式是适合卷烟厂的先进管理方法；其次结合卷烟生产的特点，以精益生产方式的核心思想为指导，运用精益生产方式的基本手段、方法以及管理工具，从卷烟生产计划与控制、卷烟生产流程与生产组织、卷烟产品开发、库存管理、质量管理、设备管理、协作配套、组织机构以及销售服务等九个方面进行了精益生产方式的设计。第四章论述了精益生产方式在卷烟厂的具体实施，包括卷烟厂实施精益生产方式的指导思想、实施方法、实施程序以及实施条件，并用案例说明精益生产在卷烟厂的实施效果。第五章为结论与展望，对全文进行了总结，得出结论，精益生产是适合卷烟厂的生产方式，在卷烟厂推行精益生产，能大幅降低生产成本，提高竞争力。并对实施前景进行了有益的展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 Beginning with the great background that the manufacturing industry of our country introduces the mode of lean production, this paper systematically expounds the relevant theory of the mode of lean production, employs it into the cigarette manufacture enterprises, puts forward the method of system design of the mode of lean production in cigarette factories, and finally, describes the guiding theory, method, procedure and condition of implementing it in cigarette factories.The whole paper consists of 5 chapters: Chapter 1 mainly concentrates on the background and significance of this captioned subject. Being firstly applied in the automobile industry, this production mode has gradually been adopted by the whole manufacturing industry. By analyzing the development of our Chinese manufacturing industry as well as cigarette producing industry, it thoroughly elaborates the background and significance of introducing this production mode; Chapter 2 systematically clarifies the theory of this production mode including its basic concept, its innovation, its characteristics, its frame as well as the main content; Chapter 3 and Chapter 4 are the most important parts of the whole paper. Based on the practical conditions of our cigarette producing enterprises, Chapter 3, first of all, systematically analyzes the introduction of this production mode, pointing out that it is an advanced management way suitable to all cigarette factories; and then, fully considering the characteristics of cigarette production while being guided by this production mode’s key ideas, it is specifically designed from 9 aspects by means of this production mode’s basic methods and management tools, i.e. cigarette production plan and control, cigarette production process and organization, cigarette products development, inventory management, quality control, equipment management, facilities and co-ordination, organization structure and after-sales service, etc.. Chapter 4 completely elaborates how this production mode will be executed in the factories including its execution concept, execution methods as well as the conditions and procedures of its execution, and in addition, vivid examples are given to demonstrate its practical effects in the factories. Chapter 5 serves as the conclusion and perspective of the whole paper, which generally concludes the feasibility of this production mode, its applicatio’n in the cigarette factories will not only greatly reduces factories’ production cost but also substantially increase their competence in the market.
