【摘要】 森林的可持续经营已经成为目前世界各国森林工作者的共识。本论文以森林分工论和现代木材培育技术为基础，结合黑龙江森工林区资源现状，通过未来木材市场需求分析，开展了黑龙江森工林区珍贵大径材商品林基地建设项目的研究。 本论文分析了黑龙江森工林区建设该商品林基地的优势条件和实施方案，构建了珍贵大径材商品林培育模型，对该项目进行了投资估算、财务分析和投资评价，并对商品林经营管理提出了一些合理的建议。研究表明，该珍贵大径材商品林建成后，累计可提供商品材17687万m~3，项目经营期内可增加产值614.73亿元，年均产值13.66亿元，可上缴税金33.19亿元，可获利润248.76亿元。其项目财务内部收益率有项目可以达到22.00％，投资回收期14.32年，贷款偿还期19.92年。对黑龙江森工林区带来巨大的经济、社会和生态效益。更多还原

【Abstract】 Sustainable forest management has become the common awareness of forest workers in worldwide. On the basis of forest classification and modern mood cultivating techniques, combining the current forest resource status in Areas of Heilongjiang forest industry group and forecasting the future wood demand trend, the construction project of valuable big diameter wood in areas of Heilongjiang forest industry group are studied in the dissertation.The advantage conditions, executing planning, forest cultivating modes, investment estimation, financial analysis and investment evaluation of the construction of this commercial forest are analyzed. Some reasonable advices are also put forwarded in the dissertation. Research shows, after the construction of commercial forest is complete, it can totally provide 17.687 million ra3 commercial wood. In construction period, it can increase production value 614.73 billion Yuan RMB, average production value reaches 13.66 billion Yuan RMB, tax that turned in is 33.19 billion Yuan RMB, profit is 248.76 billion Yuan RMB, internal rate of return is 22%, investment recovery period is 14.32 years, loan pay back period is 19.92 years.
