公交线网近期优化方法研究

【摘要】 优先发展公共交通的一个重要内容是优化公交线网,线网的优化是提高公交系统服务水平,提升公交竞争力的基础。公交线网的近期优化有其不同于远期规划和现状调整的特殊性,其研究对象不仅涉及宏观层面的网络结构优化,还需要具体到微观层面的个体线路调整。本文结合具体项目的需要,在既有研究的基础上,对公交网络近期优化方法进行了研究。 本文将公交线网近期优化分为公共交通需求预测、公交线网近期优化模式、公交线网现状调整方法三个部分来进行讨论。 公共交通需求预测是公交线网优化的前提,本文首先在“四阶段法”的框架内,系统讨论了目前常用的交通分布预测方法、模型,并对这些方法的优缺点进行了比较分析,然后针对目前广泛使用的重力模型的不足,介绍并深入阐述了“分层分布”预测方法的思想,给出了分层预测的分层原则和层次划分方法。 接下来对公交线网近期优化的模式进行了研究,系统分析了常用公交线网优化模式和方法、现有公交网络结构存在问题、线网近期优化的影响因素和近期优化的特殊性,综合这些研究结果,构建了公交线网的近期优化模式,并对这一模式的远期规划与现状调整配合问题进行讨论,给出了二者有机结合的实施策略流程。 在构建线网近期优化模式后,以公交服务区为基础,研究了公交线网近期优化的实用方法。首先讨论了公交服务分区的划分依据和确定方法,然后研究了公交线网现状调整的聚类分析方法和评价指标体系,结合聚类分析,系统提出了既有公交线路的调整原则和调整方式,最后整合各部分内容给出公交线路现状调整程序的实旌流程,并以深圳市为例进行了相关算例研究。

【Abstract】 One of the fundamental contents of priority for public transport is to optimize the bus network, it is the basis for developing the public transport system service level and competition. The short-range optimization of the public transport route network has its specificity that is different from the long-range planning and the optimization of the current public transport route network, and whose research objects are concerned with both the net structure optimization at the macro level and the individual bus line adjustment at the micro level.This paper divided bus network optimization into three parts to discuss: public transport demand forecast the short-range optimization mode of the bus network and the optimization technique of the current bus network.Public transport demand forecast is the foundation upon the bus network optimization. Restricted within Traditional Four-Step Process frame, this paper systernicaiiy studies the method and model of trip distribution forecast firstly. Then, by comparing with the limitation of these methods and aiming at overcoming the disadvantage of Gravity-model which is widely used, this paper introduces the idea of ’layered distribution’ about trip distribution forecast. Secondly, the layered principle and layer classification method are presented.Based on the study of the specificity of recent planning, the historical reason for that the bus networks in mostly cites in China and the problems existing in the nowadays bus network construction, the paper structures the short-range optimization mode of the bus network subsequently. And then the practical strategy flow by combining the macroscopical mode and the microcosmic adjustment together are provided.After studying the mode of recent bus network optimization, the paper analyses the practical method for short-range bus network optimisation based on the public traffic service districts, and offers the dividing principles and defining methods out to these districts. At last, the practical method of optimisation and adjustment for present status is provided. Combing the cluster analysis for present statue adjustment, this paper gives the evaluating indicator for adjustment firstly, and then investigates systematically the adjustment principle and method for busnetwork, and finally, findings integrates each part and provides the current bus network adjustment program and applied these methods on Shenzhen.
