基于CMM的软件过程改进研究

【摘要】 软件需求正在飞速发展,需求的增长带动了软件开发活动的急剧增长,软件过程相应地成为人们关注的焦点。 1991年,在软件生产和消费方面都一直走在世界前列的美国,推出了一个指导软件组织改善软件过程的软件能力成熟度模型,这就是CMM(capability maturity model for software)。 本文围绕基于CMM的软件过程改进展开研究。主要研究结果包括: 1、提出了一种新的软件过程改进模型。该模型继承了CMM的优点,实施过程管理。并且,在过程改进初始阶段,软件组织就筹建了一些相关机构来实施人才和技术的引进和培训,从而达到过程管理、人才管理和技术管理的和谐统一,保证并提高了软件产品的质量;模型的过程改进循环体使用的是经过改进的IDEAL模型:AEAI模型。 2、开发了一个CMM2软件项目评估系统。本评估系统是以前面提出的软件过程改进模型为基础开发的。系统原理为:分别给影响软件项目开发过程比较大的关键实践设定权值,然后根据它们的执行情况分别打分,最后算出软件项目的评估分数。同时,给出项目开发过程中的一些“弱项”,为以后的软件过程改进工作提供依据。 3、针对评估系统的使用情况,指出了CMM框架存在的几个缺陷,并表达了自己的一些观点以供大家参考。 本文是在作者深入到许多大型软件组织进行大量调研工作的基础上完成的,结论是经过一些业内的专家精心指导得出的,所提出的模型和开发的软件项目评估系统应该适用于所有的软件组织。
【Abstract】 With the rapid development of software demand, software development is increasing sharply. Consequently software process has become the focus.In 1991, capability maturity model for software-so-called SEI CMM is developed in American where production and consumption of software lead the field, which can direct software organization to improve software process.Research works focus on the improvement of software process based on CMM. The main research results are as follows:1, A new model for the improvement of software process is proposed. This model inherits the advantages of CMM and brings process management into operation. What’ s more, relevant organizations are constructed to implement the recommendation and cultivation of software talents and techniques in the first phase of process management. Thus the harmony of process management, talent management and technique management can be achieved. The quality of software production also can be assured and improved. The improved IDEAL model is used in the circular entity of software process improvement, which is gone by the name of AEAI model.2, A assessment system of CMM2 software project is developed based on the above model for the improvement of software process. System principle: firstly to initialize weights of key practices which impact on the development of software project, and then to score based on implementation, finally to calculate the assessment marks of software project. At the same time, the key practices which are implemented insufficiently in the course of project development are presented, which can provide the foundations for the following improvement of software process.3 , Aimed at the use survey of assessment system, severallimitations of CMM framework are pointed out and some comments of this author are put forward to give a reference to fraternities.This paper is completed based on investigation and research of large-scale software organizations, and conclusions are obtained with some experts’ guidance. The proposed model and the developed assessment system of software project are suitable for all the software organizations.
