开敞式进水池内部流动的3DPIV实验研究

【摘要】 进水池是连接泵站前池和水泵进口之间的一过渡段,目的是给水泵提供良好的进水流态,尽量满足水泵进口的设计条件。通常采用模型试验方法来改善进水池的流态;近年来,随着数值模拟技术和计算机图像技术的发展,其研究手段日趋多样化。本文着眼于进水池研究的关键问题—流场的精确测量,在国内首次采用3DPIV技术,获得了可靠的测试数据。这对有效地揭示进水池内部流动的本质、校正CFD计算的数学模型及边界条件、优化进水池的水力设计,具有重要的现实意义。 作者设计、安装了一套适合3DPIV测量的实验装置。其中,叶轮直径为150mm,进水池采用透明有机玻璃板制作,形状为矩形。首先,在转速为1450r/min工况下,进行了水泵的外特性实验,得出了水泵的性能曲线;其次,利用三维粒子速度场仪,在解决了进水池中测量断面的三维标定之后,测取了进水池内喇叭管下方流动水体的三维流场;再次,通过对测试数据的后处理,获得了测量区域三个视角流场的整体分布图,分析了测量区域流场的流动规律,并将测试数据和已有的测量和计算结果进行了比较;最后,讨论了测量过程中误差产生的来源,提出了减小误差的方法。 实验结果证实,采用3DPIV技术对开敞式进水池内部流动开展实验研究是完全可行的,能够获取反映实际情况的三维流场,这对验证数值计算结果,优化水力设计,保证水泵安全高效运行有较大的帮助。
【Abstract】 A pump sump is a transition segment which connects a forebay and the intake of a pump, the aim of which supplies the good flow condition for the intake of the pump and satisfy the conditions of the hydraulic design of the pump.In the ordinary way, the model-test method is applied to improve the flow condition in the pump sump. In the late years, with the development of the technique of the numerical calculation and the computer image, the research methods are more and more diversififul.This dissertation aimed at the key question of the research for the pump sump, i.e., the precise mesurement of the folwfields.The auther adopted virginly the technique of the 3DPIV at home, and acquired the reliable measurement data, which assumes the important realistic signification for revealing the essence of the flowing in the pump sump, verifying the mathematical model of the CFD computation and boundary conditions, and optimizing the hydraulic design of the pump sump.The author designed and mounted independently an experimental equipment that is adapt to the measurement of the 3DPIV. The diameter of the impeller of axial-flow pump is 150mm, the shape of the opening pump sump which is made of diaphanous organic glass is rectangle. Firstly, the performance of the pump was measured at the operating speed of 1450rpm. Secondly, the 3DPIV was applied to the measurement of the flow fields under the bell of the pump in the opening sump after solving the calibrations of the measurement sections in the pump sump. Thirdly, three whole flow fields were obtained from three difference perspectives by the postprocessing of the measurement data, and the character of the flow fields in the measurement sections was acquired. Furthermore, the measurement flow fields were compared with the existing results from the experiments and numerical calculation. At last, the sources that the errors produced in the measurement course were discussed and the methods to reduce errors were also put forward.According to the verification of the experiment results, the technique of the 3DPIV is completely adapt to the measurement of the flow fileds in the pump sump,and the actual condition of the three-dimensional flows in the measurement sections was obtained correctly, which is more helpful for the proof of the results of the numerical calculation, the optimization of the hydraulic design of the pump sump, and the high-performance operation of the pump.
