塑料注射成型工艺模拟

【摘要】 本论文在简单介绍国外和我国模具工业的现状和发展趋势、注塑件的常见缺陷及CAE的基本原理后,主要对注塑模CAE如下几个方面进行了较详细的分析和研究: 一.通过一个具体实例探讨了如何利用Moldflow软件进行最佳冷却系统的设计的一般过程和步骤,从而也比较详细的介绍了Moldflow的主要功能和作用。并且对于其它更加复杂的塑料件,Moldflow在模具设计、工艺参数的确定等方面表现出的优越性更为明显,无论塑料件复杂程度如何,用Moldflow分析的过程和步骤与本论文所述基本相同,使用的原理和分析方法也基本相似。本论文也就为一般塑料零件进行流动分析提供了较通用的方法。 二.通过几个典型实例阐述了在浇口位置选择时除了利用Moldflow分析结果外,还必须根据实际情况进行具体综合考虑。浇口位置的选择是设计模具前的一个重要步骤,对模具的设计好坏起相当关键的作用。利用Moldflow可以分析出零件的最佳浇口位置,但其分析出的结果是根据此零件的几何形状来得出的,主要是让塑料能比较均匀平稳的到达零件的各个点。而在实际设计时却还要考虑许多其它因素。从本论文通过列出的几个典型实例来说明,在利用Moldflow得到的零件最佳浇口位置分析图时,虽然还必须综合考虑其它因素,但Moldflow的分析结果仍然为设计者提供了非常重要的参考依据,特别对于复杂的零件,由于塑料的流动过程十分复杂,设计者很难准确把握注射成型时塑料如何流动,此时具体的分析图能发挥重要作用,大大减少设计者产生失误的可能。 三.根据Moldflow对塑料的流动过程的分析结果进行考虑时是假定注塑时模具本身不变形,但在实际中,模具木身由于受到强大注射力的影响而发生较大变形,在不少情况下对产品质量造成很大影响,必须充分考虑模具本身的变形量,但Moldflow却无法对此进行分析,而Ansys的结构分析功能很强。本论文通过一个实例详细介绍了如何将Moldflow的分析结果进行简化,其中包括简化的基本原理和详细过程,然后输入Ansys中,并分析出模具中型芯的详实变形情况,帮助确定最佳浇口位置。并且通过实际验证说明,利用Moldflow和ANSYS的结合比较真实和全面的模拟了注射过程中塑料的流动情况和模具变形情况,为模具设计提供了更为有价值的参考依据。

【Abstract】 Mould industry is a basic estate in manufacturing industry, is also the important field of high new technical estate. Now, the mould technology of CAD/CAM has developed to become the comparably ripe and general technology, has popularized in the medium and Small Corporation especially in recent years. And CAE technology’s development power is the raising of the technical level of CAD/CAM, CAE technology’s development condition is the extrusion of the high performance computer and graph show equipment, CAE technology is the new technology that based on the theory that calculate mechanics including the methods such as boundary Element, Finite Element, structural optimization design and mode analysis and so on.This article carries out some researches about the plastic mould CAE. Carry out plastic floating simulated analysis using Moldflow software, carry out the simulated analysis of mould deformation using Ansys software, and make the two software organic combined, after the handling simplifying the analysis result of Moldflow, input the simplified result to Ansys to a alyze, so, make the result of analysis more true and reliable, the content is more full and accurate and overall.After simple introducing the world and our country’s mould industry and the plastic parts’ ordinary flaw and the basic theory principle of CAE, the article first is much detailed to introduce the basic step that analyze using Moldflow through a example that cool system design; Then through some elaborate examples carry out specifically comprehensive consideration by using the result of Moldflow analysis and practical condition in best gate location option; again introduce in detail through a example how to simplify the result of Moldflow and input the simplified result to Ansys, then analyze mould full and accurate deforming condition, help to determine which is the best location; Finally according to the condition that appears in specific analysis put forward some simple conceptions of the mould system integration of CAD/CAM/CAE.
