【摘要】 当前，煤炭资源型城市经济转型作为一个世界性的课题，已经引起世界各国的普遍关注。中国是世界产煤大国之一，有60多个典型的煤炭资源型城市，煤炭能源是国家的主要能源，因此，煤炭资源型城市的经济转型，是今后相当长的一段时期内我国经济发展的中心问题。本文的研究的目的就是通过对比分析，借鉴国外发达国家经济转型的经验，结合山西当前煤炭产业发展的特点，研究探讨山西煤炭资源型城市经济转型的方向和主要措施，以期为山西乃至全国煤炭产业和老工业基地的改造振兴提供参考。 本文结合山西省的实际情况，通过对区域煤炭经济转型的理论研究，分析比较世界煤炭产业转型较为成功地区的一些具体做法，并通过简单的经济数学优化模型，初步探讨出山西煤炭资源型城市经济转型的发展方向和应采取的主要保障措施。最后对山西煤炭资源型城市的经济转型提出了自己的一些看法，并对资源型城市经济转型问题的进一步研究提出了一些建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present, as a worldwide subject, economy transformation of cities with coal resources has been widely concerned. China is one of the richest counties in coal in the world which has more than 60 typical cities with coal resources, the major energy of the country, so it is the way of developing economy in future to transformation economy of cities with coal resources. The aim of this article studies the future and major resources of economy transformation of Shanxi cities with coal resources by analyzing and comparing the difference between our country and developed countries and learning from the experience of developed countries in transforming economy, according to the characteristics of the present development in coal industry in order to supply references for coal industry and old foundation areas of industry of Shanxi and all over the country.With the views of the actual situations of industry of province, this article studies the theory of economy transformation on local coal resources, analyzes and compares some successful methods of the transformation in coal industry , And at first by means of the mathematics model, researches the development of economy transformation of Shanxi cities with coal resources and its major measures. Then, the author puts forward some suggestions and ideas about economy transformation of Shanxi cities with coal resources.更多还原
