絮凝剂制备及其自动添加系统研究

【摘要】 絮凝剂在选煤厂煤泥水处理中已得到广泛地使用。将干粉状絮凝剂配制成一定浓度的溶液,并合理地添加到浓缩池中,一方面可以降低溢流水(作为循环水)的浊度;另一方面可以加速煤泥的沉降速度,提高生产效率。然而,在实际应用中,絮凝剂的制备和添加过程并不理想。溶液配制不均匀、添加量过多或过少,最终都会影响到精煤和其他煤产品的质量。本课题针对如何将絮凝剂溶液合理地投入浓缩池进行了深入地研究。 絮凝剂的制备是实现其正确添加的前提。本文在认真分析絮凝药剂性质的基础上,对其制备系统的结构和硬件进行了设计和选型。运用输送、加热、吹散、预溶等一系列手段,达到药粉的最佳溶解状态,并利用PLC可编程控制器实现其工作过程的自动化。 实现科学合理投加是研究絮凝剂自动添加系统的目标。本文基于自动控制理论知识,分析研究了自动添加系统的检测环节、加药模型、控制模式和控制策略,对添加系统进行了方案设计,讨论了自动加药的可能性。 该添加系统以浓缩池自由区的煤泥水为检测对象,以沉降速度作为反馈量,构成闭环控制系统。提出将沉降速度作为检测量,运用光敏传感器实现对沉降速度检测的新思路。为验证光敏元件的可行性,介绍了一种用于检测沉降速度的实验装置和电气回路,并进行了一定的实验。 课题对某选煤厂煤泥水进行了沉降试验。介绍了最佳药剂的选择方案,讨论了一定浓度下和不同浓度下煤泥水的沉降特性以及澄清特性,并研究制定了加药制度。太原理丁一大学顿卜学位论文 根据试验结果,提出将模糊(Fuzzy)控制用于煤泥水处理的想法,研究了基于PLC的模糊控制器(FC)的控制系统。运用仿真软件MATLAB‘一卜,的S工MULINK模块对絮凝剂添加控制系统进行了仿真,最终表明模糊控制与传统的PID控制相比明显地改善了控制系统的动态性方琶。 木文基于絮凝剂的性质和在煤泥水处理中的合理应川,进一步U「究了絮凝剂的制备和自动添加系统,并证明了该系统的先进书}:和科学性,对我国选煤厂煤泥水处理!:艺有着十分重要的参考价值。

【Abstract】 The flocculant has already been widely used in the slime water treatment of coal preparation plant. Compound the dry powderful flocculant into the solution of certain density, and add to the thickener rationally , on one hand can reduce turbid degree of the overflow water (as the circulating water), on the other hand can accelerate the sedimental speed of the slime , improve production efficiency. However, in the practical application, preparation and adding course of the flocculant is unsatisfactory. Solution compound evenly, adding too many or too few , will influence quality of precise coal and other coal product This subject had a deepen study to how flocculant solution added rational to the thickener.The preparation of the flocculant is prerequisite to realize its correct add. This article designed preparation systematic structure and selected hardware type on the basis of analysing conscientiously that flocculates drug nature. It will reach powder best dissolve state by a series of means as transport, heat, blow scattered, pre-dissolve, and make use of PLC programmable controller to realize the automation of working course.Adding science and rationally is goal to study flocculant adding automatically system. This article analysed and researched systematic measuring link, the adding model, the controlling mode and control strategy of addingautomatically system based on automatic control theory knowledge, carried on conceptual design to the adding system, and discussed the possibility of automatic adding.The adding system regards the slime water of the free district of the thickener as detecting target, sedimental speed as the feedback, form the close-circuit control system. It is proposed that use photosensitive sensor to realize sedimental speed measure. For prove photosensitive feasibility of component, recommend one for is it subside experimental provision and circuit of speed make up to measure, and has carried on certain experiment.The subject has gone on sedimental test of the slime water of a coal preparation plant. Introduce best choice scheme of flocculant, discuss sedimentation and characteristic capability of certain and different concentration, has studied and establishment adding regulation.According to the result of the test, put forward to a new idea that fuzzy control used in the slime water treatment, have studied the fuzzy control system (FC) based on PLC. The subject emulated to adding system of the flocculant using emulation software SIMULINK module of MATLAB, and indicate fuzzy control improve obviously the dynamic performance of the control system with traditional PID control compare .On the base of flocculant nature and rational application in coal slime water treatment, this text have studied further the preparation and adding automatically system of the flocculant, and has proved the advance and science of this system. There is very important reference value to the slime water treatment work of coal preparation plant in our country.
