松脂催化加氢反应的研究

【摘要】 在FYX-2G型高压搅拌釜中,以松脂为原料进行催化加氢反应的研究。采用气相色谱法对其加氢产物进行定性定量分析,鉴定出氢化松香的17种化学组成和氢化松节油中的20种化学组成。 在反应温度180℃、压力8MPa、搅拌转速600r/min、反应时间120min的条件下,以自制的Pd/C和Raney-Ni为催化剂,考察其对松脂加氢转化率和选择性的影响,结果表明二者对松脂催化加氢反应的活性相差不大,但在Raney-Ni上蒎烯催化加氢选择性优于Pd/C催化剂。 以Raney-Ni为催化剂,在温度170-200℃、压力8-11MPa的反应条件下,对松脂催化加氢反应机理进行了初步研究,考察了松脂加氢过程中树脂酸、蒎烯和蒎烷的浓度随时间的变化关系,根据复杂化学反应的原理可知,松脂催化加氢生成二氢枞酸和四氢枞酸的反应中,既有并行反应,也有连串反应。在温度170-200℃、压力8-11MPa、Raney-Ni用量3-6%(占松脂重)、反应时间40-100min的反应条件下,设计四因素四水平的正交实验,得到该反应影响因素的主次顺序为:温度、催化剂用量、压力、反应时间。制备氢化松香的较优工艺条件为:温度200℃、压力10MPa、6%催化剂用量、反应100min;制备蒎烷的较优工艺条件为:温度170℃、压力8MPa、6%催化剂用量、反应40min。在该实验条件范围 广西大学硕1:学位论文《松脂催化加氢反应的研究》内,分别考察了温度和压力对松脂催化加氢反应转化率和选择性的影响,得知反应转化率可达到99%以上,生成四氢极酸的选择性随温度、压力的增加而增加,生成顺式旅烷的选择性则反之。采用温度130一200℃、压力6一IOMPa的操作序列,可同时得到四氢极酸含量较高的氢化松香和高顺反比旅烷。

【Abstract】 Pine gum was hydrogenated on catalyst in a high-pressure agitated autoclave (typeFYX-2G). Quality and quantity of the hydrogenated products were analyzed by gas chromatography. Identified 17 compounds of hydrogenated rosin and 20 compounds of hydrogenated turpentine.The catalytic hydrogenation of pine gum was carried out at the condition of temperature 180C, pressure 8MPa, stirring speed 600r/min and reacted time 120min. Pd/C and Raney-Ni were used as catalysts separately. Compared conversion rate and selectivity of the hydrogenation on these two catalysts. The result showed that the activations of Pd/C and Raney-Ni were similar, but the activation of Raney-Ni was better than Pd/C on selectivity of pinene’s hydrogenation.Investigated changes of resin acids, pinene and pinane contents with reacted time at the condition of 170-200C, 8-llMPa and Raney-Ni being as catalyst. It showed that the abietenoic acids and abietanoic acids were produced at the beginning of reaction, the catalytic hydrogenation included parallel reaction and consecutive reaction. Arranged the experiments according to the orthogonal design table at the reacted condition of temperaturel70-200C, pressure 8-llMPa, Raney-Ni content 3-6% (based on pine gum weight) and reacted time 40-100min. Got the order of the affecting factors to reaction: temperature, catalyst content, pressure and time. The optimal process condition of producing hydrogenated rosin was: 200C,10MPa, 6%, lOOmin. The optimal process condition of producing pinane was: 170C, 8MPa, 6%, 40min. Investigated the effects of temperature and pressure to conversion rate and selectivity of the hydrogenation. The result showed that the conversion rate almost reached 100%, the selectivity of producing abietanoic acids increased with the raising of temperature and pressure, but the selectivity of producing cis-pinane decreased. The high quality hydrogenated rosin and pinane could be produced by using series operation condition of temperature (130-200C) and pressure (6-10MPa).
