微型试样高温蠕变试验系统设计

【摘要】 本文对国内外蠕变试验技术研究的发展作了全面的回顾,着重对微型试样蠕变试验方法进行了研究。在此基础上,对一台老式蠕变试验机进行了改造;对电流加热进行蠕变试验的可行性进行了多方面研究与论证;针对改造后的蠕变试验机,设计了一种板状蠕变微型试样;首次采用了电流加热的方式对12Cr1MoV微型试样进行了初步的蠕变试验。研究结果表明: 1.微型试样高温蠕变试验能够合理地反映出材料蠕变过程和蠕变规律,试验数据稳定; 2.蠕变试验过程中采用电流加热的方式,不仅降低了试验设备的结构复杂性和劳动强度,而且加热速度容易控制,热能利用率高,大大缩短试验周期,较电炉加热方式节省能量消耗约为59%,具有很高的经济价值。

【Abstract】 Based on the sum-up of the research history and latest development of creep test technology, a new creep test method, namely minitype specimen creep testing method, is investigated in this paper. Design of minitype specimen, research of current heating method and design of minitype specimen creep test device are emphases of this paper. Creep test of 12Cr1MoV steel by this method proved that the method is feasible and available. Results of the research prove the following:1. Minitype specimen high temperature creep test can reflect the course and rule of creep, and test data are stable.2. Using the method of current heating in the course of creep, there are many excellences as following: Complexity of creep test device can be minished. Labor intension is weakening, speed of heating is easy to control. Period of test is reduced. Current heating method is economic than traditional heating method about 59%.
