单相软开关有源功率因数校正装置的研究

【摘要】 自二十世纪六七十年代以来,由于大功率电力电子装置的广泛应用、家电设备的使用以及各种非线性负载的增加,电力系统波形畸变日益严重,产生各次谐波,公用电网受到谐波电流和谐波电压的严重污染而电力电子装置是其主要的污染源。除了采用无功补偿、有源、无源滤波器对电网环境进行改善外,改善电力电子装置本身的功率因数,减少输入波形畸变也是比较有效的一种方法。 论文在参阅国内外大量文献的基础上,研制出适用于开关电源的有源功率因数校正装置,该装置利用UC3854控制芯片实现电路的控制,采用平均电流控制,电压电流双闭环控制提高了功率因数。同时针对装置中开关器件损耗过大,电磁干扰的问题,引入了ZVT(零电压转换)软开关技术,使主开关管在零电压下开通,主二极管在零电流关断,降低了装置中开关器件的损耗,提高了电路的电磁兼容能力。论文所做的主要工作有: 收集和分析现有的功率因数校正装置及软开关电路的拓扑结构,得出适合开关电源的有源功率因数校正主电路的拓扑结构,控制策略,软开关电路拓扑。 根据要求设计出开关电源的有源功率因数校正装置,设计出ZVT广西大学硕士学位论文软开关电路。试验装置初步验证AP「C能够提高功率因数,ZVT--AP「C能降低功率器件的损耗,提高电路的电磁兼容性能。

【Abstract】 Since sixty-seventy of twenty century, due to the use of the high powerful power electronic facilities, the use of the family electrical equipments and increasing of all sorts of nonlinear loads, the distortion of waveform in power system become more and more badly. The public power system was polluted seriously by harmonic. The power electronic facilities are the main polluting source. In order to improve the power circumstance, reactive compensation, passive and active power filter were often adopted. Now, improving the power factor of the power electronic equipments, reducing the distortion of input current waveforms is one of the most important techniques.The active power factor correction (APFC) equipment of switch power that adopts average current mode control was presented in this paper, according to plenty of literatures. UC3854 that adopt average current mode control and double loop control was used to decrease the pollution to the system and improve the power factor of the system. The ZVT soft-switching technique was applied into the equipment in order to decrease the cost of switch and improve the electromagnetism compatibility in the facilities. The auxiliary switch was used to achieve soft-switching function. The ZVT soft-switching technology makes the main switch works in zero-voltage transformation and the main diode switch zero-voltage off , decrease the cost of the switch and EMI in the equipment. This paper focus on the following works:The topology structure, control strategy and soft-switching technique of APFC were Collected and analyzed to obtain the perfect topology structure, control strategy and soft-switching technique for the APFC equipment of switching power. The APFC equipment for switching power and ZVT soft-switching circuitfor the APFC equipment were designed . The examination proved that the ZVT APFC equipment is valid in improving PF and EMC, decreasing the cost of power apparatus.
