腐殖酸对水稻土镉的化学行为及植物效应的影响研究

【摘要】 本试验以腐殖酸的两组分—富里酸、胡敏酸为材料,(1) 研究水稻土溶液中富里酸、胡敏酸用量分别为0.1~0.5 C g/L时,富里酸、胡敏酸对水稻土镉吸附和解吸行为的影响;(2) 采用二次回归饱和D—最优设计,以水稻土为材料,探讨受镉污染的水稻土添加不同的腐殖酸组分和含量对镉的溶出能力及其植物效应。试验结果如下: 1.外加胡敏酸可促进水稻土对镉的吸附;外加富里酸可抑制水稻土对镉的吸附。 2.富里酸和胡敏酸处理过的水稻土Cd的解吸率随着两者加入量的增加而减少。 3.水稻土Cd的提取率随富里酸用量的增加而增加,随胡敏酸用量的增加而减少。 4.胡敏酸能抑制小白菜对镉的吸收,降低小白菜地上部Cd含量;富里酸可促进小白菜对Cd的吸收。 5.腐殖酸的两种主份都能提高Cd污染土壤中小白菜的生物产量。Cd污染土壤上小白菜生物量随胡敏酸和富里酸用量的增加而增加。 7.土壤外加腐殖酸后,(1) 富里酸能促进酸可提取态Cd的形成;(2)氧化物结合态Cd与腐殖酸不存在明显相关性;(3) 腐殖酸两种组分均能促进有机结合态Cd的形成,富里酸比胡敏酸更能促进有机结合态Cd的生成;(4) 腐殖酸两组分的添加,都能抑制残余态Cd的生成。

【Abstract】 The objectives of this study were to examine the effect of the two fractions of humus (FA and HA) on the adsorption behavior of paddy soil for Cd, the desorption behavior of Cd in paddy soil, the dissolving ability of them for Cd in paddy soil and their toxicity to plants. The results were showed as follows:1 .The adsorption behavior of paddy soil for Cd was significantly correlated with humus fractions. HA could promote the adsorbing rate of paddy soil for Cd and FA suppressed it.2.The two fractions of humus all could decreased the desorption behavior of Cd in soil.3.The dissolving ability of HA and FA for Cd in paddy soil were different. FA could increase the extraction rate of Cd in paddy soil, whereas HA decreased it.4.Humus could affect greatly the uptake of Cd of Brassica chinensis in Cd contaminated soil. FA promoted the uptake of Cd of Brassica chinensis shoots and HA depressed it.5.The two fractions of humus all could promote the fresh weight of Brassica chinensis in Cd contaminated soil. With the increase of their fractions concentration the fresh weight of Brassica chinensis increased.6.In Cd contaminated soil, the content of Acid-soluble Cd were correlated with humus fractions and their concentration. FA could accelerate the content of Acid-soluble Cd. The Reducible Cd was not significantly correlated with humus fractions. The two fractions of humus all could promote the content of Oxidisable Cd with a magnitude sequence of FA>HA. Humus treatments all could inhibit the content of Residual Cd.
