聚合松香浅色化技术研究

【摘要】 松香是一种可再生的天然树脂和重要化工原料,广西拥有丰富的松香资源,年产量约18万吨。将松香进行深加工,可提高松香产品的使用范围和经济价值。聚合松香是松香深加工产品中的一个重要品种,具有软化点高、酸值高、抗氧化性好、粘度大等优点,广泛应用于高级油墨、粘胶剂及涂料等行业。目前我国的聚合松香制备工艺尚存在许多缺点,产品质量技术指标不过关,产率较低,影响了销售和使用,因此对聚合松香生产工艺进行研究和改进,对充分利用松香资源优势,提高松香生产企业经济效益,促进松香工业的发展和科技进步具有重要意义。 本论文以松香为原料,对松香聚合工艺条件进行了应用性的改进,特别是对浅色化技术进行了研究开发。本文考察了催化剂、溶剂、反应温度和时间、添加剂、沉降分离、水洗工艺等条件对松香聚合反应转化率和产品质量技术指标的影响,探讨了混合催化剂、调控反应温度和澄清分离温度等对产品色泽的影响,确定了适宜的工艺条件参数。重点攻关了改善聚合松香产品色泽的方法,结果表明,7种化学品对改善产品的色泽均有一定的作用,抗氧剂A、抗氧剂G两种添加剂是有效的浅色抗氧剂,加入量仅为松香质量的1~2‰,色泽改善效果十分显著。研究得出的优化工艺参数是:采用甲苯为溶剂,以浓硫酸和AA1混合作为催化剂,反应温度为35℃,反应时间4h,在沉降分离阶段将脂液温度降低到10~15℃进行冷置沉降,并在蒸馏阶段加入1~2‰的抗氧剂A或抗氧剂G作为改善产品色泽的添加剂。其小试制备的聚合松香质量技术指标达到:软化点136~145℃,加纳色号为6~7#(松香色级为特级~一级),二聚体含量也从传统硫酸法的25~35%提高到50~65%左右;酸值高,能达到140~150mgKOH/g甚至更高,产率为80~88%。热水溶物、乙醇不溶物等质量技术指标也都检测合格。产品优于国家林业部标准ZBB72998-89的质量要求。
【Abstract】 Rosin is a kind of renewable natural resin and important chemical material. There are abundant rosin resource in Guangxi province, Guangxi province had produced 180,000 tons rosin one year . To further process the rosin can improve the using area ahd economic value of rosin products. Polymorized rosin is one important kind of process rosin. It has the advantages of high softening point, high acid value, good capability of anti-oxidation and high mucosity. Polymerized rosin is good used in high-grade printing ink, adhesives and dope,etc. However, there are many disadvantages on the producing process of polymerized rosin,the quality and technical datas are up to scratch or can’t fit the demands, the yield is low, affected the marking and using. So improving the process of polymerized rosin, can make the best use of rosin resource, improve economic benefit of factories, and has important meaning on rosin industry and technology progress.In this article, we use rosin as material, study to improve the rosin polymerized process, especially study on improving the color of products. We have test the catalyst, solvent, reaction temperature & time, sedimentation & separation, abstersion,etc., which how to affect the rosin polymerized reaction and product’s quality. We test some new techniques such as using mixed-acid catalyst, adjusting the reaction speed, temperature and sedimentation temperature, had chosen the best technical parameters. We had emphasized on reducing the color of polymerized rosin, the results indicated that seven kinds of chemical antioxidant all had reduced-color effects, KYA& KYG were good reduced-color reagents, had got obvious effects. The accession amount is only l~2% of rosin weight. The optimization technical conditions was: using toluene as solvent, thick sulfuric acid plus AA1 as mixed-acid catalyst, reaction temperature was 35 C, reaction time was 4 hours, sedimentation temperature was 10 ~ 15 C , and added 1 ~ 2 % KYA & KYG as reduced-color reagents. Using the technical process of this article, we can produce better polymerized rosin , which quality datas are like these: softening point is 136~145 C, Gaderna color-grade is 6~7#( accorring to rosin color-grade, it is up to Special-grade-one grade). Dimers content had grown form 25~35% to 50~65%. The acid value is higher, which can reach 140~ 150 mgKOH/g or higher, the yield can reach to 80~88%. The other quality datas are up to grade. These polymerized rosin products are up to the national industry standard ZBB72008-89, and better than it. This arcticle can provide experimental datas to middling-experiment and industry producing.
