【摘要】 老年性痴呆，亦称阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer disease,AD)是一种以临床和病理为特征的进行性退行性神经病变。由于社会人口老龄化和缺乏有效的早期诊断方法和治疗手段，AD病人日益增多。到目前为止AD病的病因尚未完全了解，更没有研究出根治AD的药物。因此世界各国医药界对AD的研究尤为重视。基于此，我们根据AD的病因病机，结合导师多年的临床经验，进行了用地黄饮子预防AD的实验研究，进一步探讨其作用机理。 本实验以大鼠D-半乳糖拟衰老合基底核注射鹅膏蕈氨酸导致AD模型，并以喜得镇为阳性对照，对地黄饮子组从行为学，病理改变，生化酶学改变等方面进行了综合研究，结果表明地黄饮子具有： 1．可改善AD大鼠行为学功能。 2．降低脑组织一氧化氮、一氧化氮合酶的含量。 3．能改善AD大鼠的脑组织病理改变。 证明地黄饮子是一种预防AD的有效方药，为治疗AD提供了部分实验依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Alzheimer’s disease is one kind of degenereratly neuropathic disease, which has the characters of clinical and pathological. Because of the ever-aging population and lack of the effective diagnostic and therapeutic methods, more and more AD patients appeared. Up to now, the pathogenesis of AD hasn’t been discovered completely, and there aren’t effective medicines to be sure on treating AD generally. In view of the pathogenesis of cerebral ischemia and the clinical experience of professor XieNing, we conduct experimental research about the preventive effect of Dihuang Yinzi to the senile dementia rat, in order to probe into its’ therapeutics mechanism.This experiment take rats of which IBO was injected into Meynert as the model animals, and take hydergine group as an opposite group, then we carry out an comprehensive research on the Dihuang Yinzi group concerning the behavioral science, the pathological and biochemical change of NO and NOS. The result proved the effects of Dihuang Yinzi: 1 .It could improve the behavioral function of the AD rats. 2.It could decrease the brain NO and NOS levels. 3.It could improve the pathological change in the AD rats’ brain. This research concludes that the Dihuang Yinzi is an effective medicine which can prevent the AD.更多还原
