【摘要】 围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血（简称围绝经期功血）是妇科常见病，本病由于围绝经期妇女的卵巢功能衰退，导致下丘脑—垂体—卵巢轴调节生殖的神经内分泌机制失常引起的异常子宫出血。此病往往继发不同程度的贫血、感染等，且病情易反复发作，增加了患者的精神负担，甚至威胁到患者生命健康。安血汤是针对肾阴虚型围绝经期功血的发病机制，运用滋阴益肾，固冲止血调经之法，标本兼顾，取得了较好的疗效。 为了从理论和临床研究方面探讨安血汤的疗效及作用机理，本研究将75例肾阴虚型围绝经期功血患者随机分为观察组39例，对照组36例。共治疗1个疗程，观察临床疗效、治疗前后血清激素水平变化、围绝经期综合征症状及贫血改善情况，并随访一年了解复发情况。结果表明：1 安血汤的临床疗效确切，总有效率高于对照组，随访复发率低于对照组，两组比较具有显著性差异（P＜0.05）。2 安血汤组在纠正贫血、改善围绝经期综合征症状方面优于对照组（P＜0.05）。3 通过对治疗前后血清激素水平的测定结果进行分析，观察组E₂的水平明显升高（P＜0.05），而对照组激素水平变化不显著（P＞0.05）。提示安血汤具有延缓卵巢功能衰退，调节下丘脑—垂体—卵巢性腺轴功能的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding(PDUB) is a frequently encountered among perimenpausal females, which results from the dysfunctional hypothalamic- pituitary-ovarian axis(HPOA). In the perimenopausal period, because the declining function of avory leads to the secrete of endocrine hormone irregular, the menstruation will get disorder. In order to probe the mechanism and clinical effect of An Xue Decoction to the deficiency of kidney-yin of the this disease, There are 39 cases as the observed group and 36 cases as the control group. After one courses of theatments. The results is as follows:lThe total effective rate of the observed group is superior to that of the control group. 2 The anemic and perimenopausal symptoms of the observed group improved better than that of the control group. 3 The recurrence rate of the fore is lower than the later. 4 Through analysing the hormone serum, the lever of E2 of the observed group obviously went up. But the control group charged without statistics meaning. This point out that An Xue Decoction can delay declining function of avory and regulate the function of HPOA, which probably is the mechanism of this decoction to PDUB.更多还原
