【摘要】 注射用广炎灵是由木犀科丁香属植物紫丁香、朝鲜丁香以及洋丁香的干燥叶为原药材，提取精制而制成的一种广谱抗菌粉针剂。与其剂型不同的炎立消胶囊已应用于临床多年，疗效确切，副作用小，得到了广大患者的认可。但传统剂型服用量大，起效慢，已不能充分适应和满足临床需要。粉针剂不仅剂量准确，给药快，疗效迅速；而且稳定性好，可长期贮存，有着广阔的市场前景，故将其制成粉针剂。 本文主要对其冻干工艺进行了研究。比较了药液的不同浓度、不同浓度的填充剂、液面厚度不同对冻干工艺的影响，以及在配液过程中pH值、活性炭、超滤和流通蒸汽灭菌等因素对有效成分的影响。同时也对丁香叶的提取精制工艺中每个环节有效成分和固形物的损失率进行了考察。为注射用广炎灵的进一步研发提供了依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Guang Yanling Injection is a broad-spectrum antiseptic Powder Injection which is purified from the leaves of Oleacea Syringa plants syringa oblata Lindl,syringa diatata Nakai.,syringa vulgaris L..YANLIXIAO Capsule that is the same as Guang Yanling Injection but in dosage form is used in clinic for years. Because it is marked curative effects and low side effects, it is accepted little by little. But the traditional dosage forms can not meet the clinical requirement because of their much dosage, taking effect slowly. Powder Injection features not only exact in dose, but taking effect quickly and high curative effects; moreover, it is stable and can be stored for a very long time. So, there is bright prospect of Guang Yanling Injection .Above all, we make it into Powder Injection.In this article, freezing-dry processing techniques have been mainly studied. So have the influence of different concentration of drug solution and additives, as well as different volumn of solution on freezing-dry processing techniques.In addition, in the progress of preparing drug solution ,the influence of some factors such as pH ,activated charcoal ,SF and running vapour sterilization on active principle have been studied .Meanwhile, the rate of loss of active principle and solid in Folium Sygringae in every step of purification techniques has been determined.This experiment made a foundation for the further study of Guang Yanling Powder Injection.更多还原
