新型结构的直流断路器及其测控系统的研究

【摘要】 直流断路器是直流供电系统中极其重要的保护设备。本论文研究的新型智能直流断路器,其核心部分是基于单片机和微电子技术的快速检测与控制单元,而操动装置是在传统结构的基础上进行了改进,即采用单机构同步操动,利用电流转移原理来实现直流分断。 本论文的研究内容包括测控单元的硬件、软件设计,新型断路器操动装置的改进设计以及断路器的整体样机调试试验等内容。 测控单元的硬件设计中采用高精度线性光耦和光耦开关实现信号前向通道的隔离放大与指令信号的隔离输出,有效地实现了系统的隔离抗干扰;软件设计采用C51语言进行模块化设计,短路判据采用电流幅值与上升率相结合的快速算法,并采用了复合数字滤波等软件抗干扰措施;操动装置采用永磁机构和同步联动结构,大大提高了断路器的可靠性和可控性。根据上述设计完成了实验样机和控制系统,在合成回路上进行了测控单元与新型断路器的配合试验,验证了此新型智能直流断路器设计的合理性合先进性。 随着科技的不断进步和电力系统的发展要求,智能直流断路器将会得到更广泛的应用。

【Abstract】 DC circuit breakers are the most important protection equipments for DC power system._A new-type intelligent circuit DC breaker is studied in this thesis. Its intelligent core is a fast measure and control module based on Single-chip microcomputer and microelectronic technique, its operating-device is improved on the basis of traditional structure-, adopting simultaneous operation with a single machine and utilizing the current commutation principle to realize DC broken.Research works in the thesis include hardware and software designs of a measure and control unit, the improvements of operating-device design and test of the whole machine device, etc.The hardware designs of the module adopt high-linearity analog Optic-couplers and Optic-coupler-switches to realize input-signal amplified isolating and the isolation of output signal effectively. Software is designed in C51 language and short criterion adopts amplitude of current combining with its rising rate, and anti-interferences measures of the software, such as digital filtration, -are adopted. The novel, practical structure with permanent magnetic machine has improved the dependability and controllability of the circuit breaker greatly. A sample system was set up. Experiments cooperated with measure and control unit have proved that the new-type intelligent DC circuit breaker’s design reasonable.With constant progressive of science and technology and demands of power system, intelligent DC circuit breakers will get deeply developed.
