液压集成块智能优化设计系统——模型数据库与系统集成

【摘要】 液压系统采用液压元件集成配置,可以显著减少管路联接和接头,降低系统的复杂性,增加现场添加和更改回路的柔性,具有结构紧凑、安装维护方便、泄漏少、振动小、利于实现典型液压系统的集成化和标准化等优点,因此广泛应用于机械、冶金、锻压、航空、航天、船舶等各个行业。液压集成块作为集成式液压系统的关键零件,在当前的液压生产企业中,其设计工作却仍处于相当落后的局面,大多数设计人员依靠经验和空间想象能力进行可行方案的制定,无法达到自动决策和方案优化的目的。 大连理工大学液压教研室针对如何自动获得最优的布局布孔集成方案的问题,尝试应用当今先进的遗传算法、模拟退火算法等智能优化算法解决此类复杂布局问题,并取得了一些成果,实现了集成块自动优化设计。但该系统在元件库的结构与丰富性、设计模块的集成性、对优化进程的控制以及人机交互等方面存在明显不足。本文研究工作以已有成果为基础,对其不足之处进行针对性研究,完善和扩展其功能,较彻底地解决了液压集成块自动优化设计这一难题。 通过对国内外同类研究现状和已有成果进行综述,明确目前液压集成块设计问题的核心是其布局布孔集成方案的自动优化设计。全面总结集成块类零部件的结构特征和设计、制造规律,分析集成块立体布局的空间关系,给出优化目标和约束条件,确定集成块设计问题的数学模型。 深入剖析各个厂家生产的各类液压元件的属性及构成规律,提取对集成块设计有意义的信息,并按照科学的分类方法建立了板式连接液压元件数据库与图形库。该液压元件库为液压集成块智能优化设计系统提供了有力的支撑。 应用VC++6.0开发环境、ObjectARX开发工具包和MCAD API开发技术,将集成块设计中存在的六个典型环节的实现算法集总为一体,并将其嵌入到三维参数化造型软件MDT中,开发出基于MDT的液压集成块智能优化设计系统HMBDesigner。最后通过对一个典型的集成式液压系统实例进行完整的设计,取得了令人满意的效果,验证了该系统的实用性。

【Abstract】 Integrated hydraulic Manifold system (IHMS) offers many advantages including reduced connectors, size and complexity, and enhanced flexibility for installation and maintenance. It provides a cleaner, leak-free, less vibrant and more reliable solution to difficult machine control system problems. So it is widely used in such fields as mechanism, metallurgy, forging, aviation, space flight, shipping and so on. As the key component of IHS, hydraulic manifold block (HMB) is still difficult to be designed in factories nowadays depending on the experience and imagination of workers.Aiming at the problem of how to attain the optimum integrated layout and connection schemes automatically, a HMB Design system was developed by Dut hydraulic staff room, using Intelligent Optimization Algorithms such as Genetic Algorithm and Simulated Annealing Algorithm, which has some disadvantages including the structure and content of the component library, integration of each module, the control on design process and man-machine interaction. Based on the research mentioned above, a new HMB design system is developed in this paper to perfect and enhance the old system, which solves the difficult problem of HMB automatic design relatively drastically.Summarizing the research findings at home and abroad, it is pointed out that the core of HMB design is the problem of automatic design of integrated layout and connection schemes. On the basis of summarizing the structural features of HMB and rules of its design and manufacture and analyzing the spatial relationship in 3D layout of HMB, the optimization objects and constraints are put forward. Then the mathematic model of HMB design is represented.On the basis of analyzing the attribute and structure of hydraulic components produced by different factory and abstracting its design information, hydraulic component database and graphics library are established according to scientific classification in this paper, which provide great support for the intelligent optimized design of HMB.A HMB intelligent optimal design system based on MDT software is developed by integrating the algorithm of six typical parts involved in HMB design, using Visual C++, ObjectARX development toolkit and MCAD API. In the end, a typical IHS is designed using the system and the satisfying results have testified the practicability of this system.
