大显集团公司发展战略研究

【摘要】 企业发展战略研究的重要性，已经在世界范围内取得了广泛的认同，发展战略的研究和管理已成为我国企业适应形势、突破重围、开拓国际市场、提高竞争能力、参与世界经济大循环的重要保证。企业发展战略的研究对大显集团今后的良性发展、甚至对整个国有企业的良性发展，都具有积极的现实意义。本文首先介绍了企业战略管理的相关理论，为下文展开论述作了理论铺垫。紧接着，笔者对企业所处的外部环境(包括技术发展状况、市场变化情况、跨国公司的发展战略、入世的影响及业内同行能力对比等)和企业内部环境分别运用EFE矩阵和IFE矩阵进行了分析；随后笔者从增强企业核心竞争力出发，先后运用SWOT分析方法和SPECE分析方法对大显集团的情况进行了分析，综合二者的结果，得出结论：集团公司在现阶段应该采用集中多元化战略。本文还讨论了集团公司各业务适用的竞争战略，并在最后提出实现总体战略的四大支持性战略：资源匹配战略、人力开发战略、企业文化战略和组织结构支持战略。更多还原

【Abstract】 It was already well known all over the world the importance ,of enterprise strategy reseaching , and which had become the ensuring of our courty in getting use to the situation .breaking the bottlenechs .widening international markets .improving competition-ability and entering the whole world s economic recycling . The study of enterprises developing strategy is very instructive and meaningful to Daxian s developing , even to the whole national enterprises. First of all , this article introduced the relative theories of enterprise strategy management .which make it easy to go deep into the theories later .Then the author analysized the environment outside(including the technology developt , the changing of the market , developing strategy of the transnational corporation , the influence of entering WTO , and the comparasion of of the competitors )and the environment inside the firm with the method of EFE matrix and IFE matrix . Based all of the above , author applied SWOT matrix and SPACE matrix to analysize the developing strategy that Daxian Group should take. As conclusion, author consider Concentrate pluralism strategy as generic strategy .The. paper also analysized the correct competitive strategy to every business of daxian group, at last .author provide four strategies: source matching strategy, talent strategy, company culture strategy and organize structure sustaining strategy.更多还原
