微电脑控制调速器模拟试验台的研究

【摘要】 微电脑控制调速器模拟试验台是基于国内外机车调速器测试技术的发展趋势和工作的实际要求,本着操作简单,成本低廉,可靠性高等要求而设计的。本系统是充分利用单片机技术,同时采用各种传感器采集系统所需要的数据,例如,励磁电机的转速,齿条位移传感器的信号等等,利用新型的全彩液晶LCD将各种实验数据显示出来,达到非常直观的效果;同时采用一种新型的PID算法,进行机车发动机的惯性模拟,达到最佳的测试效果和精度,并带有便携式数据移动存储传输设备—“黑匣子”—便于和计算机之间的通讯,实现数据的存储、传输、处理和分析。 本系统主构架采用双CPU。从硬件结构上来看,分为主控部分和从控部分。主控部分由以下几个部分组成:主控制单元模块、参数存储模块、A/D模块、按键开关扩展模块、D/A输出模块、LCD显示模块、双机通讯模块以及转速测量模块。从控部分由以下几个部分组成:步进电机控制模块、微型打印机控制模块、参数存储模块以及双机通讯模块。同时,本系统还有一个独立的数据移动存储存储设备,也就是“黑匣子”,将单独介绍。从软件结构来看,本系统的软件编程全部采用汇编语言。 通过这套系统的开发,提高了机车调速器试验台的测试精度,逐步实现了整个测试过程的自动化,减轻了试验人员的劳动强度,提高了工作效率,降低了实验成本,同时又消除了安全隐患。因此这个项目有很实际的现实意义。

【Abstract】 The research and development of the simulant testing platform of governor which is controlled by single-chip is based on the development of testing technology for governor all over the world and the actual requirement of work and operate convenient, low cost and high reliability. This system make good use of MCU and use kinds of sensor to gather the data that system need, such as the speed of electromagnetism timing electromotor, the signal of position sensor and so on; show all the data in LCD-TFT, which has direct effect; at the same time, in order to receive the best precision and effect , we use a new type PID arithmetic to simulate the curve of locomotive internal combustion engine inertia, and data transfer memory system- "haddock" -communicate with computer to save, analysis and special graph showing and printing the data.This system combining two single - chip microcomputer. In the hardware structure, it include main control part and secondary control part. The main control part is composed of controller module, parameter save module, A/D module, interface-expend module, D/A module, LCD display module, twin communication module and speed measure module. The secondary control part is composed of step-motor control module, mini-printer module and communication module. This system has a specialty transfer data module, it will be introduced at other part. In the software structure, all the programmed with assemble language.Precision of the testing platform of locomotive governor is improved by the research of this system. It can prepare for realizing the completely auto-control and lighten the labor-intensive, improve work efficiency and reduce the cost of testing and avoid the danger. It is very important for us.
