DSP在现代机械故障诊断技术中的应用研究

【摘要】 论文是围绕机械故障诊断分析仪系统展开,主要涉及机械故障诊断的基本理论、数字信号处理的基本算法,并且对以DSP为核心的系统的硬件的构成、软件的实现进行了深入的阐述。 论文首先对现代故障诊断技术的基本理论、应用特点进行了简要介绍。然后概述了数字信号处理技术及数字信号处理器。论文以振动分析法为主阐述了机械故障机理及其诊断分析方法。在信号的处理方法上,着重论述了数字滤波、数字重采样技术、FFT变换、阶比分析、微积分算法、相关分析、包络分析、倒频谱分析、概率密度分析、频谱细化技术等。在故障诊断分析仪的硬件构成方面,论文重点论述了A/D采样模块、基于DSP的人机接口技术、基于DSP的CompactFlash卡应用、DSP的中断设置及实现等。在故障诊断仪的软件构成方面,论文重点论述了软件开发环境、文件存储的实现、字符显示输出的实现、程序引导装入功能的实现、时域分析模块、频域分析模块等。 作为当前的研究热点问题,DSP在机械故障诊断领域、语音识别、图像压缩等方面的应用越来越广泛。对数字信号处理技术进行深入研究是很有必要的。本论文探讨的也正是这些方面的问题,具有一定的应用价值和参考价值。

【Abstract】 Subjected to mechanical fault diagnosis analytic system, this thesis mainly includes basic mechanical fault diagnosis theories, fundamental algorithms of digital signal processing. All of the work is applied to study the hardware structure and software implement cored in DSP system.Firstly, the thesis introduces basic theories and application characteristics of modern fault diagnose techniques. Subsequently the digital signal processing techniques and processors are summarized. The following work primarily discusses mechanical fault mechanisms and diagnoses based on vibrant analysis. In the researches on signal processing, this thesis lays emphases on digital filter, resampling technique, FFT transform, order-ratio analysis, calculus arithmetic, correlation analysis, envelop analysis, cepstrum analysis, probability density analysis, spectrum subdivision technique and so on. On one hand as hardware of this diagnose system, the thesis completes A/D sampling module, human-machine interface based on DSP with CompactFlash card, and achieves reasonable interrupt setting. On the other hand as software, the thesis compiles codes which can perform file storage, character display, program loading, time-field analysis and frequency-field analysis.As a current focal research, DSP is applied in such wide fields as mechanical fault diagnosis, voice recognition, image compressing and so on. It is valuable and necessary for further researches on digital signal processing technique. In this thesis it is executed to accomplish the mechanical fault diagnosis system. This application also has the value of utility and reference for other applications and researches.
