软件企业知识整合模式研究

【摘要】 随着知识经济时代的到来，知识和知识整合越来越为企业所重视。但是，如果不具体的研究某一行业的知识整合规律，就无法针对这一行业制定有效的知识整合策略。 本论文采用规范研究与实证研究相结合的方法对软件企业技术创新中的知识整合问题作了系统研究。首先，采用规范研究的方法，对本领域的国内外研究现状作了评述。并在此基础上归纳出企业知识整合的内涵和特性。然后，采用实证研究的方法，调查了软件行业有代表性的7家企业，研究其显性知识和隐性知识的不同管理策略。接下来，在前人研究的基础上，运用实证研究与规范研究相结合的方法，提出影响软件企业知识整合的个人因素和组织因素。根据上述调研的结果和对影响因素的分析，提出软件企业显性知识和隐性知识的整合模式，该模式就是本论文的创新点。最后通过大连华信的综合案例，验证整合模式的正确。 本论文主要研究软件企业的知识整合模式，其研究结论是对企业技术创新理论的充实和对企业知识管理理论的发展。更为重要的是，本论文在软件行业的范围内融合了知识管理理论和企业技术创新理论，而国内外鲜有学者对这两个理论的进行交叉研究。本论文的研究成果将成为在这一新领域的后续研究的基础。另外，能够帮助软件企业的创新决策者深入了解累积知识以及在企业技术创新中合理运用知识的必要性，为软件企业技术创新管理和知识管理提供可借鉴的方法和思路。同时，也希望通过本论文的研究，为其他行业的知识管理工作提供可资借鉴的方法和思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Knowledge and knowledge integration have been attached much more importance than ever by enterprises at the advent of knowledge-economy era. However ,effective tactics of knowledge integration could hardly be worked out without concrete studying on rules of knowledge integration in some industryThis paper adopts the methods of standard study and positive study to research systematically the knowledge integration issue of the technological innovation in software enterprise. First of all, it adopts standard study method to study and observe current situation both at home and abroad in this field. And it has summed up the connotation and characteristic of enterprise knowledge on the basis of this research. Then, we adopt positive study method to investigate seven representative enterprises with software industry and study their different management strategy of explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge. To follow, on the basis of what forefathers studied, we adopt the method of standard study and positive study together to propose the individual factor and organic factor which influence knowledge integration of software enterprise. According to the results of above-mentioned positive research and analysis of the influence factors, put forward the explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge integration model of software enterprise. This model is the innovation of the paper. At last, we verify that the integration model is correct through the integrated case about DALIAN HUAXIN.This paper studies knowledge integration model of enterprise of software. Research conclusion enriches enterprise technological innovation theory and develops enterprise knowledge management theory, also offers the method and thought that can be drawn lessons for technological innovations and using knowledge in software enterprise and other enterprises. The most important thing is that this paper inosculated the knowledge management theory and technologic innovation of the enterprise theory within the range of software industry, and that there are few scholars studying alternately at these two theories both at home and abroad. The achievement in research of this paper will become the foundation of follow-up study in this new field. In addition, it can help the innovative policymaker of the software enterprise to understand accumulative knowledge and the necessity of logically using knowledge during the technological innovation of the enterprise in depth, offer the method and thought that can be drawn lessons for technological innovations and using knowledge in software enterprise. Besides, I hope that it can offer the method and thought that can be drawn lessons for the knowledge managements of other trades through the research of this paper.更多还原
