电子商务订单实时处理中的第三方物流中心选择系统研究

【摘要】 第三方物流中心选择是电子商务订单实时处理过程中的核心问题之一。目前,电子商务网站对订单的处理基本上停留在接受订单、收集订单信息阶段;网站没有判断配送能力能否满足订单需求,不能实时地给予顾客明确的送货时间,制约了电子商务的发展。因此,如何根据订单和第三方物流中心的配送安排情况选择第三方物流中心从而判断能否接受订单是亟待解决的关键问题。 本文针对电子商务订单在线处理过程中对第三方物流中心的实时选择问题,以提高第三方物流中心选择的智能性和实时性为目标,在对第三方物流中心定位问题明确的基础上模拟人对订单处理的流程和办法,对第三方物流中心选择问题进行了研究,设计和实现了第三方物流中心选择系统。本文所做的主要工作如下: 1.根据订单信息,如订单的配送时间、供货点、配送地点、第三方物流中心的运输工具及物流企业信誉等信息,采用推理的方法确定对第三方物流中心优选的顺序。 2.参照顾客要求的配送时间,提出第三方物流中心动态配送能力的时间—能力矩阵表示方法。根据配送能力和订单配送量的比较,实现了对单个第三方物流中心的选择。 3.以第三方物流中心的时间—能力矩阵为依据,提出了两个物流中心组合选择的二维数组表示和多个物流中心组合选择的组合树表示。并利用二维数组和组合树的特点,设计出对两个和多个第三方物流中心组合的选择方法。该方法提高了对第三方物流中心选择的实时性和科学性。 4.从系统的框架和功能、技术架构、数据库系统等方面对第三方物流中心选择系统进行了设计,并根据上述设计内容对系统加以实现,并以网上商店作为应用案例,开展了初步的应用研究。 本研究有利于提高了电子商务网站对第三方物流中心选择的智能性和实时性,有利于促进电子商务订单的实时处理和电子商务物流配送的发展。本项研究具有一定的理论意义和实际应用价值。对同类问题的研究具有借鉴作用。

【Abstract】 The selection of Third Party Logistics center is one of the vital problems in e-commerce order’s real-time processing. At present, the E-Commerce website is still remaining on the stage of receiving order information when the order is accepted. The website do not decide whether logistics capability can meet the goods quantity or not, and do not give customers the appropriate delivery time. All these restrict the development of the e-commerce. So the key problem is how to select Third Party Logistics centers in accordance to order and the capability planning of Third Party Logistics center. Then the accepting of order is confirmed or not.Applying the human-like processing of order, the system of the selection of Third Party Logistics center is designed and realized to make the selection of Third Party Logistics center more intelligent and more real-time. The main work in this paper is as follows:1. The optimal selecting sequence of Third Party Logistics is obtained by applying the reasoning method, based on the order information, such as delivery time of order, supplier, delivery destination, transportation tools and trust of Third Party Logistics center.2. Time-Capability array is proposed to represent the dynamic capability of Third Party Logistics, and the selecting of single Third Party Logistics is realized through comparing the capability of Third Party Logistics with amount of the order’s goods.3. Based on the time-capability of Third Party Logistics center, Two-dimensional array representation of the combinatorial selection of two Third Party Logistics centers and combinatorial tree representation of the combinatorial selection of multi-Third Party Logistics centers are presented. Selection method of two or multiple Third Party Logistics centers is put forward according to the characteristics of two-dimensional array and combinatorial tree.4. The System of the selection of Third Party Logistics center is realized from several respects, such as framework, function, and database system, etc. The demonstration system is realized based on the case of online store to make primary research of application.The works are beneficial to make the selection of Third Party Logistics centermore intelligent and more real-time, to facilitate the real-time processing of E-Commerce order and the development of E-Commerce logistics distribution. It has certain theoretic significance as well application value and some reference function to the study of similar problems.
